Week 4 saw 22 guessers have a go at our 10 fixtures, including Realale whose blanket 2-1 predictions before the fixtures were even posted yielded him 8 points!!
A pretty good week for most, with cox23jam, Dr Feelgood and NTFC Nut jointly top scoring with 11 points each.

Only 20 guessers took part in week 5 of the Prediction League, those who failed to guess see themselves inevitably sliding down the table!
An average week on the whole, no Prem or Championship fixtures so it was results "closer to home" that we were guessing on! Top scorers this week with 10 points each were Claret Lady and tuks.

Just 19 guessers for week 6....but the fixtures must have been pretty predictable as I cant remember such a high scoring week for a good while!
Six players managed double-figure points totals, with top dogs oldbloke and tuks coming in with 13 points each.

Thats it!! Normal service resumed as our 20 guessers had a far less sucessful week than last week! One guesser failed to score at all and there were a couple of "ones" too!
Top scorer this week was philntfc who snaffled up 9 points. Phil climbs to equal 6th, tuks is up from 10th to 4th and Doc Feelgood now leads by 5 points.

Week 8 saw us have 23 guessers for our 10 games, with a large number of correct match predictions made albeit not so many correct score predictions! I think a couple of people did manage 8 correct out of 10, could have made a bit down the bookies! But as far as our little competition goes, top scorer this week was coboz who did manage some correct scorelines on his way to 12 points.
Do Feelgood leads by 5 points now with Cox 6 further ahead of third placed tuks....then the scrum begins!!

Only 15 guessers this week, probably not helped by the fact that the Cobblers didnt play...perhaps a few thought this wouldnt be on....but it was!!
We saw 6 FA Cup games in our 10 fixtures, one of interest was Barnet v MK Dons which finished 1-3....a scoreline predicted by 8 out of our 15 guessers! I dont remember a single game being predicted so correctly in all my years doing this competition!

Eighteen guessers again this week, some good scoring was to be found with no fewer than three guessers managing 10 points apiece. Our 10 games only pulled in 16 goals between them though......
So its well done to Cox23Jam, Tuks and Tyro who topped the charts this week. Dr Feelgood picked up 7 points meaning its a 3-way tie at the top of the table, with OldBloke not far behind in 4th.....

Week 20 saw the Boxing Day fixtures....we only had 16 guessers for this one, and we also had one game called off due to high winds. It was a low scoring week in general, but theres always an exception, and this week it was tuks who blazed a trail and top scored with 10 points.
So Tuks opens up a lead at the top, Oldbloke moves into third and Doc Feelgood slips to fourth after a poor week.
