Noticed yesterday in our section on the BBC website that they have stuck news about Kettering and Ashley Westwood in there. Hardly Cobblers related or is it a case that things have become that boring and dull that they thought they ought to at least update it in some way.

Iv just read the same thing, after days of seeing the article about Harris extending his contract I was shocked to see it had changed. But then realised it was totally bollcoks.

Just a way of illustrating how slow things seem to be progessing. Need another juicy unfounded rumour. Something like Sol Campbell wanting to sign for us because he felt he didn't do himself justice previously in League 2. You know something completely believable. As it happens I rated Ashley Westwood when he was fit. Surprised he is still playing at a relatively decent level.

Was recently told of a former cobblers captain who may, or may not have been a complete cock when he was here, had been stopped for drink driving locally, he then proceeded to ask plod if they knew exactly who they had had the bare faced cheek to stop, and then may or may not have commited assault on the boys in blue.
