Amazing powers of observation considering how much time Austin has and doesn't know what the problem is.

I just don’t think he has the players or has been given the resources to sort it out. What a manager says publicly has rarely correlated with what they’ll say privately. Much like any other organisation as you’d know? One thing Dean had going for him was he was fairly straight talking. |
