Title: League Two/Blue Sq Play-offs.
Post by: HertsCobbler on May 16, 2010, 14:12:19 pm
Now I know based on our two games we concluded Morecambe are pants - but losing 6:0 to Dagenham with 8 to go is an embarassment.

Danny Green being bigged up Ali Gibb style.

More than anything I think this underlines how poor a team we had assembled at the start of the year. How can we possibly be worse than this?

They were only a point ahead of them in the finish, and Morecambe played Aldershot on the last day with Shots already having secured their playoff spot and playing a team of youngsters.

Morecambe will need a good home record if they are to get to Wembley however I cannot see them scoring 7 somehow.
