1) After more than 3 years of investigations Northamptonshire Police will not indicate when we will hear of a decision concerning any prosecutions relevant to the Cardoza era! 2) We have heard in the last 4 statements from Mr Thomas that he is making 'good progress' with discussions with NBC. How many 'good progress's' before we see a tangible end product? 3) We have waited years for NBC to complete the 300 metres of Edgar Mobbs Way to connect to the Towcester Road and improve access to the Sixfields and Franklin Gardens area. Whilst not a legal boff, I am led to believe this length of time is not particularly unusual in this type of investigation? Notoriously difficult to prove the nature of intent at the time of the offence apparently? Whatever that means in the scheme of things?In all points, I suspect risk versus reward is the driver. This could be causing the problem. I could of cause be wrong though. It was decommissioned a couple of years ago. Although I see today in the Chron a good idea to use another section of the track, from the town centre to Brackmills as a Park and Ride route.Oh sorry, 'a good idea' the Council will never complete it!
