The Hotel End

I haven't been able to log on via my computer for months. I have to use my phone, an iphone Tel (f*** off  ;D) can any admin peeps help at all. I don't think anything has changed my end. Thanks.

My mobile phone keeps saying "An error has occurred. Sorry Guest you are banned from using this forum" Any ideas what is wrong? All other media work OK.

There's every chance that the ip your phone gives you is the same as somebody who I have banned. How long has this been happening for?

Sorry to duplicate things. Belt and Braces! I dont know what a phone EP is but I have had the message since the weekend at least possibly a week.

Any chance of unblocking my phone please? I am away from home for a week or so and like to keep up with whats happening via the phone.

Do you know of any post you've made on your phone? Otherwise I'm afraid it's going to be like looking for a needle in a haystack because I've not got a lot to work with from what you've told me

Look, I am not an IT expert. all I want is to look at this site on my mobile phone like everyone else. You must have blocked me, I didn't do it. What exactly can I do to get reconnected?

You could probably start by understanding that this isn't my job, I don't get paid for it and that I have other things going on in my life and I get around to sorting problems like these when I have the time. And no, I didn't block you. I've already told you that you most likely share an ip address with somebody else that I have banned.

Sorry. I didn't mean to be so rude. I appreciate that you must have a lot on your plate dealing with this site on a voluntary basis. Its just that I feel so helpless as I don't know what an IP address is and what to do about it. The Hotel End is the most visited site on my phone and my lap top and I feel lost without it.

An IP address is a group of numbers that is assigned to each device that is connected to a network. It'll be something like 150.116.1.1

Each device on your network will have the same first 3 sets of digits, with the LAST set being the actual device that you are using, so if you have 3 devices in your home the numbers would look something like 150.116.1.1 / 150.116.1.2  150.116.1.3

Sorry to keep going on. I have sent PMs to the Marquis. At least I think I have as there is nothing recorded in "my messages" in the out post section. I follow the instructions but must be doing something wrong. I am close to giving up. Could the marquis email me?
