I think that we got rid of a striker, and then signed a new one. Don't think that is particuarly unreasonable. Before Harrad left, we had Harrad, Bayo, Robinson, Purcell, Savage and Salihou, now we have, Jackson, Bayo, Robinson, Purcell, Savage and Salihou, so yeah, in a sense Jackson has replaced Harrad.

We had both, Bayo didn't need to replace Harrad, we could have got some of the cr*p of the wage bill and kept both.

No. Johnson had made up his mind when both Akinfenwa and Robinson were brought in, we knew as early as the Oxford game that Harrad was on the transfer list. It was never an option Harrad AND Akinfenwa AND Robinson, just because there was a delay of shipping him out doesn't mean the money from his wages was put to use.

Admittedly Robinson is yet to get going, but given the choice at the back end of last season after Harrad's dismal showing, I imagine most wouldn't have been adverse of getting rid for who we have now.

It seems to be some people are under the impression we'd be able to afford all three on gates of 4,500  ???
