If I was Bayo, as well as sorting out my own contract i would want assurances about the rest of the team.

Being told that if you sign this new deal means that the Club will only have a small squad and be possibly uncompetitive in the league is hardly an attractive proposition for someone who could easily play at League 1 level....

I think the fact that there is no away goal rule encourages more attacking football and more exciting matches.

They also report that Chesterfield and Bury have bigger budgets then us despite much smaller average gates this season, so i can't see that being the case...

But if that is true about the squad size if Bayo stays then i'm afraid he has to go. 18 players is no where near big enough for a 46 match season.
