We might as well give every other team in the league a walkover and shut the gates at Sixfields until the start of next season, it'll save a lot of money.

Ingram will keep us in this and we'll snatch a late winner

I don't think any one is suggesting that KT is doing or planning to do anything "dodgy". But the lack of hard information from KT is worrying, as is the complete silence of the Council.  Fez on behalf of the Trust is absolutely right to comment the Trust is not in a position to make its views known until it receives from all concerned the facts and then considers its position.

I will say this - KT deliberately went public with his email/letter to the Council and the Council's failure after 9 months to deal with the outstanding issues.  No doubt, he was hoping that the supporters led by the Trust would start lobbying the Council to get of its backside, the same Trust that frankly KT appears not to have shown much time for since he took over the club in the sense of including its representatives in any decision making.  But, as I comment above, the Trust isn't going to do anything until the facts are known and this must be right.

There was a suggestion from Beds that the Council has not done what KT wants because it is not prepared to deliver land into the hands of people who may be looking for a personal profit from stadium redevelopment rather than all the redevelopment gain going to the club.  That must surely be the position of the Trust and supporters generally. If KT can demonstrate this is his intention we can all get on board but only when we know precisely what he plans.

Pretty well spot on there.

What part did you not understand?

You have given us nothing to understand. You just pluck búlls*** figures from thin air and expect people to accept it as fact without backing up any of it.
You attack KT, yet when given the chance to put your questions and ideas to him shít a brick.
You even have the chance to email him and give voice to you suggestions, but yet again you bail.
When you have something concrete, that is backed up with FACTS maybe we would listen.

Im not feeling the love on here today😂
Unlike KT I have in fact come up with a very workable solution to our capacity issue, one that involves the most important factor and thats the supporters of Northampton town and those all important future supporters encouraged to our club by a more professional welcoming Sixfields.
All based on higher future earnings.
Small sustainable growth works, being stung out like idiots waiting on free  council land  doesnt.
I still hope kt/consortium/ Chinese actually do have the clubs long tern interests at heart and start doing something.
Without question, he needs us more that we need him.

No you haven't. You plucked some numbers from your árse and when asked to back them up with facts you just can't do it.
I cannot work out if you are dillusional or a wind-up merchant.

Can't see the Radio Northampton lot doing this.

I quite like fireworks!

Seriously though, the issue with Beds is, his good points get lost in all his repeat posts and repeat rantings. He obviously has some strong views, why not put them across to the right people or does he just enjoy the wind up on here?

What fúcking good points?
12  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Redevelopment Closer Than Ever? on: October 11, 2017, 16:58:41 pm
I would  gladly meet him when he has something positive to say about our serious need for redevelopment.
How about some input from us the supporters as to what this club needs as opposed to what he might think we need as I suspect it will be way short of acceptable.
Excuses for continuous inactivity and crying about the council I dont want to hear.
Its got to be time for action now.

You are just a typical shíthouse keyboard warrior. Just stop compaining until you find some balls to go and approach the club when given the chance.

So it would appear we are to be the league 1 punching bag this season and anyone who draws or god forbid loses to us will be screaming for their manager's head.
14  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Radio Northampton on: October 06, 2017, 18:01:48 pm
Anyone aware of how to receive long range FM signals (70 mile radius). I've paid for ifollow service before but I'm sure there's a way I can receive BBC radio Northampton via analogue.

You would need your local aerial man to come along with his spectrum analyser and a Yagi antenna to measure the signal strength he can get from the Radio Northampton transmitter and if it would be worthwhile installing a new antenna, or using your old terestrial tv antenna to give you a better signal. You would have to connect you radio to the coaxial cable feed from the antenna, usually in better quality music systems so that would probably limit you to what you can use to listen to the games.

You could try first pluging a radio into the output for the old tv and see if that helps. I don't know which transmitters are being used by RN, but you might just get lucky.

Clan Campbell and ice is making this a little more palatable, or just numbing the senses.
19  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Redevelopment Closer Than Ever? on: October 03, 2017, 18:57:44 pm
So in short... You want them to develop a stand with no current access to plant or materials and no chance of access afterwards. So all deliveries and fire exits would have to go via the pitch, due to the lack of a service road  That's going straight through building control isn't it?  Also stick a nice kitchen and catering facilities with no route for fire engines etc.

And just in case you can't do that at the moment (which you absolutely can't) we should just spend a couple of million on some "terracing". Irrespective of the covenant placed on future development, that you and a few overs think can just be conveniently waived.

He doesn't want your money, or a supporter led initiative.. That's not the problem, as you well know. He wants the council to get their @rse into gear. Only a select few have whipped up this mysterious lack of funds, as a  smoke screen to weak a factually porous point. As I have said before. The scenario that you have created about a lack of funds, is a construct of your paranoia, with nothing concrete to back it up at all.

Finally. I didn't sit back from the day Cardoza walked through the door. You did

Thanks for that Nige. I am at the point of just shaking my head in disbelief.

Firstly I haven't insulted anyone so lets not get precious about what you read on this long running thread which chronicles our desperate plight to gain some decent infrastructure.
This has been running nearly a decade and despite the title, we are no where near having a redevelopment closer than ever, but you suggest we should show patience with the present incumbent who has for near 2 long years failed to tell the clubs supporters what he has in store for us!
Im beginning to think that, and I wouldnt blame him if he did, with the adulation shown to him thats usually reserved for boy band members or film stars has given him the impression that we're all dungeree wearing, toothless banjo playing hillbillies that any decent redevelopment would be wasted on!

Patience? How about some clarity first?

FFS how many effing times do you have to be told that there can be no decisions on what is to be done with the ground until such time as the wánkers at the council get off their árses and do something to bring all open issues to a close. What do you want, a design including artists impressions and a model on display in the market square only to be told it can't be done because of the legacy of the twát who was in charge before?
You have no other fúcking option but to be patient.
And don't bring out you shít about sustainable growth with figures you have plucked out of thin air.
