I can confirm it is Daniel Powell of Northampton Town

This is going to be a very interesting day for Caroline Densley...can she stay professional? I've found it hugely irritating to hear (the whole team to be fair) them highlighting Plymouth's results to Caroline on the radio and hearing little cheers from her now and again. Fair enough if you're in different leagues but being in the same division it's just uncomfortable.

She's a **** idiot. Can't stand her, sooner she feks off the better.

I just don't see what benefit moving two miles down the road would be? Sixfields v town centre? Really not much in it to be honest, let alone finding the space closer to a town centre.
5  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Redevelopment Closer Than Ever? on: April 17, 2018, 15:20:32 pm
I wouldn't say Sixfields is in a bad location?
6  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Redevelopment Closer Than Ever? on: April 17, 2018, 14:23:44 pm
Just knock the whole bloody thing down and erase it from our memories.
So bored of this saga, never seen anything like it, absolute shambles, its embarrassing.

"Ash Taylor hasn't played well this season"

I'll just leave that hanging there....

Wasn't it the little prick who our abysmal scouting network failed to spot?

It was yeah, let's let abuse him because it was clearly his fault  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

We have a run of winnable games, but having scored the second least goals (behind Bury) and conceded the most, how do those teams perceive us? They must be up for beating us.

We don't have winnable games, we've not won in 9. Can't see where we get two or three wins from tbh.
13  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Where next for Jimmy? on: April 03, 2018, 20:52:19 pm
Crooks is our best player IMO
We would be very happy to consistently finish where Sc***horpe finish every season.
Alexander did a good job for them and his teams constantly out play us .
He didn’t fail with them just as McCann didn’t fail with Peterborough

14  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: April 02, 2018, 21:26:40 pm
Soooo, who is starting the Austin Out thread?
15  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: April 02, 2018, 20:50:39 pm
A shame in some ways as he struck me as a decent sort of bloke, but he was bloody clueless and had to go.

16  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: April 02, 2018, 20:32:34 pm
Yep, Jimmy is out.
17  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Posh away on: April 01, 2018, 11:02:20 am
Then fill your boots...
The more loyal amongst us might be looking for a viable bet and I'm going for 9/4 Cobblers win with draw no bet.

I'm taking the more sensible approach and lumping all my savings on Peterborough

Going to be an absolute mauling this, bit like the home game.

God bless those who travel with optimism.

In reply to the title of this thread - no.
20  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: NORTHAMPTON TOWN PARTNER WITH 5USPORT on: March 29, 2018, 20:04:48 pm
I hasten to add that I am only going by what some posters on here said at the time - I certainly haven't got any inside knowledge. Obviously not great news as if/when we go down the likelihood is that our only assets (Taylor, facey, crooks) will be sold on. On the other hand it might lead to some other more credible investment source to present itself.

Who on earth with any sort of know how would want to invest in this shambles of a club?
