I seem to remember people criticising our friend Rob Page for not rotating the team with two games in four days or whatever (granted it was a losing team) I think a couple of changes to just keep it fresh but nothing major.
If Zak and Williams are fit, I would not be adverse to them starting in place of Nyatanga and M.Smith. Other than this, I don't think we should change.

Zakuani for Nyatanga still, definitely. Moloney and Williams would probably have to settle for the bench as far as I'm concerned
I would agree with this, but would rather see Keshi up top and Williams at the top of the diamond. Not sure Rico or Smith deserve to lose out though, so would have no worries if it was the same team sheet. No way Eardley should be dropped after todays performance.

A tale of two halves indeed, we were cruising in the first half and looked like we'd score at least four or five.
Boateng and JJ ran the show with ease, and when we scored almost straight away at the start of the second half I thought we'd run riot.
Instead it was an almost "Page" like display of being camped in our own half, unable to keep hold of the ball and inviting the opposition in.
I think if Smith hadn't made an absolutely outrageous save, then we really could have been in a bit of bother.
But will happily take a huge 3 points, great performances from Boateng and JJ in the middle, Matt Smith up top look class today and much more mobile than expected, Eardley had a great game and Smith made some key saves.
Win on Tuesday and this week could be the one that keeps us up.

Apparently too soon for Zak and Moloney. Diamond should be able to play.
If Diamond is not 100% fit, I'd rather we played Concrete Rod and got Zander back for Tuesday against Swindon instead. Or even give Rod a run of games if Zander needs more time, what's the worst that could happen? Shame about Maloney, he really is the key to this diamond formation.

Stick with the diamond formation, hope for Zak and Maloney to be fit.
Eardley has done a stirling job, but just isn't as good as Maloney bombing forward and that's what this formation needs.
We need ZaK for obvious reasons.
I'd go with:
Smith
Maloney Diamond (if fit) Zak Buchs
JJOT
Boateng Taylor
Williams
Keshi Rico
But I expect we'll see Nyatanga (as no news on Zander) and Taylor back in his holding role with Williams wide and JJOT up top.

I think Rico has looked fantastic the last few games, much more like the Rico we are used to.
I'm glad we have Smith on the bench to give him a rest for the last 10-15 minutes if he looks tired though.
As for penalties, Keshi seems the obvious choice if it's not Rico.
