It is just that Hoskins imo should be recalled if only because he puts in the effort. Poole if available would be good. 4-4-2
I suppose(wearily) but 5-3-2 ok if not too many square pegs in round holes. Given up this season on team formation.

Please, please nooooo!  Leave Sammy where he is, the bench is tge best place for him. Aryibi needs to start for me, he is one of the very few players we have that may create something.

All these silly mumbo jumbo threads which are pointless are pretty annoying.

Not when we are playing on a Friday and Monday per chance? Train Tuesday/Wednesday instead.

They should be in for double training if anything after Saturday

Only because the haters on here swarmed on him like jackals just because he had the nerve to let us know what went on at moulton on the training ground - I liked his posts as it gave an insight into how much of a shambles it was under page and then JED.

+1

I have no idea who I would pick this Friday .
I would say it has to be players that show they really have the bottle to battle for a result and care about the club .
Only the manager really knows that .
Certainly it would include the likes of Crooks , Taylor , McWilliams and Buchanan for me .
Blokes that really care .

Agree totally with the above - Long simply has to play too as part of a front 2
1026  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 26, 2018, 10:04:36 am
All the various potential candidates plucked from the air have been debunked on here. So it looks like JFH is here until end of season at least. Nobody has come up yet with a worthy candidate. Is it a case of ‘better the devil you know etc ...’ Come on Glastonbury you must know some good coaches?

Sure did do Nevers Yorks/Bowens were decent back in the day!
1027  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 26, 2018, 08:56:38 am
This is exactly the position I find myself in.

I get to about half the games each season and, from a selfish POV, I'm really hoping he'll be gone before a rare-ish two on the bounce over Easter.

Exactly the same - Come on KT give us a fighting chance - with Jimmy here I reckon we might pick up 2 more points before the end of the year finishing either bottom or second bottom.

Give us a chance
1028  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 25, 2018, 18:59:29 pm
I agree that is likely to be the case. I am trying to illustrate that whilst the current cost may be high, the cost of inaction isn’t far off. How many really want him to stay!

Utterly agree relegation and inaction  cost is far worse, he should be gone now
1029  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 25, 2018, 18:33:14 pm
Well I heard JFH IS is on £15k per week (0.75m pa). I haven’t a clue if that is true though. So, dependant upon performance get-outs, that could be £1.75 - 2m max.  Assuming he doesn’t get another job for 2 years.

The problem is, he has not built a team spirit and he has a very poor relationship with the supporters. There is no evidence that he can get us out of this hole. If we are relegated he has to go - to ensure that the club has some support next season. I don’t know how recoverable the situation is if he does keep us up?

It is probably worth paying him off if we can get Rosler or Alexander in this week. The money lost by relegation would justify it. We may get enough new manager bounce to survive. If not, the new manager will have the end of this season to assess what he need to do to compete in L2 next season.

The more I have thought about it, I have concluded they KT needs to get rid of him!

When a severance package is agreed remember nobody ever pays someone contract in full. I think people are forgetting this important fact

I will acknowledge your opinion when you attend the game young man...

Also I only found you origional comment funny because if he did turn up and perform yesterday it will have been the first time this season he has.
1031  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Battered Cod. 24/3/18 on: March 25, 2018, 14:52:29 pm
Have you taken over as the board dickhead?
You're well in the running I would have thought.

Not at all, just found it a very odd thing for you to say. Considering I was there Tuesday night and at Bristol the weekend before last. Yes I wasn't there yesterday but come on Deepcut your lower yourself a few level by taking that sort of swipe

1034  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Battered Cod. 24/3/18 on: March 25, 2018, 07:53:10 am
Grimes was our best player yesterday.
No one is as blind as those who choose not to see.

Hahahaha

1035  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 24, 2018, 23:35:58 pm
Scunny just sacked their manager

What about Alexander coming in then as others have said he has done a decent job at scunny and was getting goals out of K V V
1036  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 24, 2018, 23:29:56 pm
Because we rarely score any goals and our defence is terrible.

Have you been watching the games?

Exactly we have struggled score goals and despite our negative struggle to defend properly.
1037  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Battered Cod. 24/3/18 on: March 24, 2018, 22:21:46 pm
Sorry I can't think of anything.

And yet he remains undroppable 🙈
1038  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 24, 2018, 22:20:55 pm
Are you sure on that?
Yes
1039  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Battered Cod. 24/3/18 on: March 24, 2018, 21:35:55 pm
No it isn’t we missed Crooks too! All Drilling has done is spout the obvious . How about playing Foley in lieu of McWilliams, use Hoskins? At least they will try! vV is not fit yet, play Berto and Aribiyi on the flanks!

Ps play McW at left WB?

Because hoskins is a bag of s***
1040  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Jimmy on: March 24, 2018, 21:32:59 pm
Wilkin, Coterill or Rosler would be my top 3 picks.

Maybe it is time for a Wilkin

Other names to throw in John Askey at Mac has done well being linked with lots of jobs. Paul Dodswell at Sutton, A in worth at Wycombe as much as I hate him keeps getting results and tidsdale at Exeter too.

Loads of names out there
