My viewpoint is lack of tackling and being too lightweight. Why do we allow teams to run at our defence and cause sup problems. We should tackle in their half, not on our goal line. Also too slow getting ball from back to the front men. Too much side to side at the back allowing opponents to re-organise, so no catching them on the break on 1 to 1s! But that is only my opinion!!

The NHS like all Government Institutions eg Dept Of Education, Ministry of Justice etc are all public bodies which have always been run by individuals who have never worked in Private industries and tend to have jobs for life. If they cock up they tend to promoted to another new job, or another public body, but rarely get sacked. Examples being social workers, where kids have died on their watch, but have since moved into pastures new!!. Private companies cannot afford waste, as their competitors would soon have them at their mercy, it’s a dos eat dog for them!! In theory large government bodies should have economies of scale, but when the Dept of Education spends 20k on 2 TVs so their budget stays the same for the next financial year, you can see the waste, us taxpayers have to fund!! Hospitals are the same, you wait hours to see someone, who the. Passes you on to 1 or more people. If they want to save money surely prevention would be better than cure, but then again how easy is it to do this with our crap GP surgeries??

Sadly seems to be the case of quite a few on this website, at times. Wonder what the chances are of a 'block' button being added on here, (if not already possible), would help not having to waste my time scrolling through the utter nonsense for a change.
Wonder how many keyboard warriors here, would disappear if they had to provide name & addresses??

Paying for a marquee striker?? Unless they are ultra good, I wouldn’t sign a striker on the assumption they will do the job for us, over the 20+ years as a ST holder, we have supposed to have signed fantastic attackers only to find out they are duds!! I would rather get them in on loan ie Morton, Marquis, Cox etc THEN if any good, buy them. Ie Try before you buy. Yes it will cost more, but we’ve wasted so much cash over the years, to stay where we are, it’s stupidly criminal!!

Lower West stand is a bit cheaper, but if at the front you can still get wet!!
Upper Middle 50% tend to see game better, as higher up
Lower middle you can hear more on the pitch banter, but more of a side on view as you are lower and can’t see player positions so easily..
Ends are too near goal line so harder to see them going in, especially if being taken at the opposite end (like Wembley in the heights)
The lads who tend to be more up for a fight so to say, tend to be West Stand, South end, the good old Anglo Saxon probably isn’t for wallflowers/young kids, unless they want to learn a new set of vocabulary??
Never tried North/South stands, except for away matches and apart from being with fellow supporters, game isn’t that great game watching wise. I guess Sixfields would be similar??
Row N seems quite good tho!!

Alas we do get the occasional good player, but then we either play them out of position, or have 10 headless donkeys in the team.. If we get someone who is good, ie Marquis, we let them go, as the owners are too short sighted and not wanting to invest in a ‘team’ who can supply the goals for the strikers.. We always seems to have a ‘hole’ somewhere in the team, ie goalie, defence etc which allows the opposition chances to score, so we always play with 1 or both hands tied behind our backs, unable to play freely and score like the Carr/Wilder teams of the past!! Hopefully the new structure is thinking long term, not the quick fix options we always seem to do/afford

Calderwood or Atkins?
Calderwood was ok and tight at defence, but I was SO utterly bored out of my mind, every time I watched us play!!
