I believe Wilder's main priority is a First choice Goalkeeper,centre forward  and maybe a centre back. had we had a little more quality in them key areas my guess is that we would have made the play offs this season and maybe automatic even with the horrendous start we had.

We had a good start followed by a sh1t pre crimbo, agree with the rest though

Very laudable but it is worth pointing out that this is the Cobblers we are talking about ..... and Chris Wilder.
My expectations are that he will keep us in mid table which is where he
consistently managed to keep Oxford.

Poxford promoted from conference and in contention for the play-offs in l2 when he came to us poo poo's your argument.

Good post and agree with the sentiment. Russ has been doing the job for many years (he coached my lad at the age of 5, he's now 21). well done Russ and keep up the good work.
