To be fair, in my experience very few grounds offer decent standards of catering, be it food or drink. But whilst the muppets continue to purchase it, then that situation will never improve.

Can I suggest you come into Carr's Bar and actually ask customers if they think the experience is "Excellent". I go in every game and I can tell you that your answer would be NO and that's when the TV's show the football, which they advertise that they do.

I don't know the logic of the GRS relationship. But I would imagine this part of the work, is probably the start of a wider plan for development external to the East stand, where GRS are more at home. If that means they save a few quid, fair play to them.

It appears that GRS have contractors called ISC contracting, who will be doing the East Stand completion work.

Excellent news. And something to look forward to.
But, without wishing to put a downer on it, GRS appear to be a company that have no experience in this kind of work, and deal in recycling, and quarry work. I dunno what its going to look like upon completion, but it wont win any Stirling prizes.
