Above link has been the most disappointing for me this season. I will happily criticise Jimmy for playing him so much.

If he is picked though he still gets my support.

Homes was good at Charton though. Zander might be a good call but he is doing OK at Mansfield isn't he? JJ was good at Rovers what ever they say. Pat Gavin, he of the lucky bottom  Grin Only had a few games for us though and it looks like he was good at Gillingham for his wiki stats.

Keep em coming  Smiley

Maybe but while Southend got gubbed today they’ll still most likely stay up. Most likely they wouldn’t have under Brown

Would you ant Brown as your manager? I am not surprised they picked up. He has not had a great start at Swindon has he?
124  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Footballers that were great for us but poor everywhere else? on: March 30, 2018, 20:01:17 pm
Is there any? I am struggling to name any but there must be a few surely?
125  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Charlton (H) Good Friday on: March 30, 2018, 19:54:06 pm
I'm not saying he wasn't in McWilliams case, but Maloney audits happend before regularly.

Not trust whatsoever in his players

Moloney looked knackered after 20 minutes today. He would have been less likely to be sent off but was being ran past with ease in most of his 40 minutes. We were only 2 down then if you remember and had to pot on a more attacking player.

When JED /Page were in charge some fans moaned that they didn't make any subs, now the same fans moan when Jimmy does.
126  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 19:44:56 pm
Did sacking the manager do Fleetwood any good? Southend? Gillingham? For every club that gained nothing from getting rid you can usually find double that did improve. I’m not even sure Jimmy still wants it.

The Plymouth team did well again today didn't they. The new manager "bounce" is usually a temporary benefit. It has been proved time and time before. Even we had it after JED went.
127  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Charlton (H) Good Friday on: March 30, 2018, 19:39:21 pm
So everyone a player is booked you ship them off, come off it!

No. How many late challenges did McWilliams make today before he was booked and subbed? I like and rate Shaun but Jimmy was right with that decision today. Not every player we have on the pitch is our holding tackling midfielder. He would have seen a lot of the ball at the feet of their players and would have tried his very best to tackle them, that's what he does.
128  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 19:33:52 pm
If we had acted 2 or 3 weeks ago when the writing was on the wall maybe we wouldn't be dealing with a dead body!

Yes, we would be just outside the playoffs wouldn't we?
129  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 19:30:43 pm
Forget the R. If it wasn't for Bury being so dreadful, you'd be seeing "24." next to our name too.

Maybe, we'll see won't we. Bury sacked their manager twice the season. Did it do them any good?
130  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Charlton (H) Good Friday on: March 30, 2018, 19:26:57 pm
Until more than 3 get booked, then your screwed.

Frank you my friend are as deluded as our manager.

Come on. If he had left McWilliams on he would have been sent off for another yellow. People would have moaned about that then and we wouldn't have him available for the game on Monday either on top of JJ being still out.
131  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 19:20:36 pm
Not with Hasslewank in the hot seat

Take a look at the league table. When/if we have an R next to our name feel free to operate.
132  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Charlton (H) Good Friday on: March 30, 2018, 19:18:28 pm
That is ridiculous.

There was a good support today until it went 2-0. Good atmosphere until then.

Maybe I am sat in a hot spot for toothless idiots and you aren't. I wouldn't put it past one or two of them. Have to agree that there was a good atmosphere at kick off today and most fans (that stayed) understood today that we were beaten soundly by a far better team. It's only a slim minority of idiots.
133  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: looking fwd to a really on: March 30, 2018, 19:12:52 pm
It's our only chance of any sort of result

We glow in the snow? Bring back Larry.
134  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 19:11:24 pm
Lets perform the autopsy when we have a body. I'd say we are 90% down now but that still gives us a 10% chance.
135  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Charlton (H) Good Friday on: March 30, 2018, 19:08:31 pm
Jimmy’s post match interview was that he obviously doesn’t trust any of our players when they are on a yellow to keep their discipline and avoid another booking - he took both moloney and McWilliams off today and he’s done this before. Doesn’t this send out the wrong message to the players

No, it keeps us 11 players on the pitch, unless they decide to have a wrestle that is.
136  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: Charlton (H) Good Friday on: March 30, 2018, 19:03:33 pm
put Sammo in charge until the end of the season !

I'd give it 30 minutes before one of our so called "fans" stood up and called the legend a cunt, even if we were winning.
137  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 18:40:15 pm
F**k you I don't want your cash.

Cash? Cash? You wouldn't be getting paid a fee as well. I might however buy you a cup of tea if you behave.  Wink
138  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 18:38:00 pm
Probably more a case of two out of work young managers getting there face out where they think there may be an opening soon.

But our program sellers booths are fully and adequately staffed aren't they?
139  The Hotel End / Cobblers Corner / Re: JIMMY OUT! on: March 30, 2018, 18:33:34 pm
Ok well if that's the case I need another drink and I am already Three quarters down the bottle. At least if we appoint a loser and a c** t like Westley means I do not incur the cost of renewing my season ticket.

No fear, I'll pay you in  Grin
