You surely can't be saying that if you went to both the Morecambe and Southend games, and Huddersfield. Things have got so much better over the last week that I'm really starting to hope things may be turning round under GJ - and I could hardly have felt more negative after last Saturday. I'm so hoping to be able to say I was wrong...
Yes I went to all those games and after Morecambe anything would be an improvement......I thought we were very unlucky against Huddersfield and deserved to at least to take them to penalties. Sarfend are a good side and we were a bit lucky & did well to come back to claim a point, but our position is now shaping up dangerously.....time to gel is a much used phrase....I really hope we suddenly click. Let's hope so.

This wouldn't be a problem if we were scoring goals for fun........but we need a 'star ' striker and I don't think Harrad was given much of a chance / plus some cr@p service while he was here....now we wont know if he could have forged that strike partnership with Bayo ! Why not Is it just down to the high wage or "Magic / Tragic J. " not wanting him as being another Manager's choice ?

Wolves had 400 tickets left to go on sale today out of their 1500 allocation.
Should be a good atmosphere and makes a change from the 150 or so travelling fans lately.

Well the GJ honeymoon is def over..........we knew what we would be getting by listening to fans of his previous clubs, who all said the same.....he does not know how to defend ! Cheltenham will be the yard stick of this.
His decisions, tactical nouse and his dubious substitutions will now be under the microscope.
I was hoping for better and can only hope that it is early days ( not if you count last seasons debacle) and trust the team will gel .
Mmmmm.?

I always drink in the TAVERN on MATCH DAYS...
IMO the Guinness is normally fine and they do have live TV drink promo's, but...
The comments about inadequate numbers of bar staff is spot on tho' & the fact that they can barely be bothered to serve you.... there can never be a less cheerful bunch to be found anywhere. The floors match the tables for sticky / tackyness and I dread to think what the place looks empty in the light.
The other posters, however, have not mentioned is the regular unbearable stench from the drains & the state of the toilets, even after they have been re-furbed.
The really big plus, of course, is the adequate Match Day Parking !

Well got back from Cambridge and thought I'd leave it a bit.....before posting.
A dreadful away following of only 56 fans, witnessed a very poor display ...outclassed by the U's....we def need a longer pre season to make these players gel.
Still it usually follows a brilliant pre season = poor start to the season proper and vice versa...well I bl88dy hope so. Difficult to see goals flowing at the mo and too many mistakes ....plus in any league game Webster would have been red carded to add to our woes.
Things can only get better........
