Brings someone on and they score inside a minute.....inspired rather than curious!! Commentaters curse ...I was a bit mislead when their 3Cr man stated Edmundson on .....and he later even credited the goal to him rather than Watson. Come Back Toggle Tim ....this guy is much worse.

Alan Woan had a superb spell at the Cobblers covering 4 seasons in my earliest time following the Cobblers. An early hero of mine.
How we could do with similar player now with a goals to games record up there with the best.68 goals in all. This was typically evidenced in the 58/59 season with 32 goals in 42 games. Will we ever see anyone come close to that level of potency ?
The former Norwich inside left ( Number10) as we used to line -up, was eventually involved in an exchange deal with Mike Deakin and moved on to Crystal Palace, in the 59/60 season......who would realise this was the start of the most exciting time in the history of the Cobblers.

I WANT HIM GONE...enough is enough. This is not football as I want it.
However, I will be renewing....whether I watch or not iFollow is another matter. Last night I fast forwarded thru' a lot of it. I have not been buying any iFollow away games for a while.
This "football " is barely worth watching if we win ...if, as we do, draw 0-0 or lose ...totally unacceptable.

Now we will see what KT is made of.......will he act or is the fan base going to be whittled away by these unacceptable performances.
It is fortunate that there are now fans allowed in the stadium, as surely the atmosphere would have turned toxic with rebellion and demonstrations.
I have already stopped the away game iFollow-torture and Burton could well be the final straw.
It is all such a shame, but in truth, we were lucky to gain promotion and that season's side was far superior to this season.
TIME TO ACT.

Over 65 years of watching the Cobblers .....I can't think of a worse side....possibly Tony Barton's.
I'd rather watch any of the sides than this shower of sh1te. I will always support the team but can't watch much more of this.
Not fit to wear the shirt and how can the Manager carry on with the backing of KT.
They are so lucky no fans are being let in ....surely there would be uproar and rebellion.

Yes . Tony Claypole used to get me away programmes when I was a kid. Great Bloke and a good Full Back.
Sadly the memory I have ...is of him breaking his leg at Highfield Road.
Was in contact with his daughter a while back, and sent her (by return) some programmes of matches Tony was involved in .....he had moved to the South West.
