I dislike us bringing every player back when the opposition has a corner, if we clear it they regain possession and it comes straight back at us. Also other than their GK their players are all in 1/4 of the pitch. If we leave 1 player up near the half way line usually the opposition will keep 2 defenders back.

I thought Tim O said that AK was out due to coming off injured last week. Strange about Fosu if he wasn't injured. KN didn't have many options from the bench with 4 defenders, Hondermarck and Wilson. We seem to be more vulnerable since Willis has been out of the team, he was very good at Wycombe and a lot of their fans said how good he was.

Going back over the years when we played 2 at the back 1 was dominant in the air (Stuart Robertson, Frank Rankmore etc) the other quick sweeper (John Gregory, Keith McPherson and laterin his career Billy Best). This is how KN wants to play as Wilder did in a 4231 formation but says at the moment he has been forced to play 3 centre backs. With the centre backs who could be here next season obviously Guthrie stands out as the dominant player but who would be the quick player to play alongside him? Odimayo is probably the quickest.

A genuine and honest question if I may, when you watch the game, do you have your eyes open or closed?
No sarcastic comments etc needed, an honest answer please.
An honest answer to a stupid question, do you think it is possible to watch with your eyes closed. You had probably given that idea as much thought as give your repeated negativity in your posts. I often wonder why you bother watching from your sofa, when did you last praise any of our players as you've probably criticised all of them at some time. Perhaps you could enlighten us with the team you think KN should be selecting which you might find quite challenging as the players he has to pick from will all have been criticised and not worthy to be selected.

I think he took Pinnock off as with the first goal he failed to cut out the cross and this happened several times after so he thought replacing him with NGW who is better defensively was a good move, I would not argue with that line of thinking. As to taking somebody else off and moving Pinnock further up the pitch is another matter.

Mysterious, I think most have sussed you out a long time time ago. Your facts are that we don't have any decent players. I bet you were delighted when KN took off 2 centre backs and left your favourite whipping boy Dyche on, I think his opinions and your are wide apart. I see you were quickly on his back for the second goal whereas he contested the ball with their player (maybe could have done better) but the ball broke in their favour but you failed to mention how easily Eyoma was outpaced and failed to make a challenge.

I doubt we would have scored if we were still playing as their keeper won't have an easier afternoon, didn't have to make a decent save. We have struggled for goals all season and 19 from 19 home games obviously is not good enough (only 2 teams have fewer). We were devoid of ideas and on the rare occasion we got near goal too many crosses were easy pickings for their keeper or we chose the wrong option as when Roberts shot in the second half straight at the keeper when he had his angles covered but we had 2 men at the back post for a cross. I felt sorry for Costelloe having high balls pumped up to him to try and outjump their big defenders and he had little service all game. Too often we boot clear from defence and don't try and play through the thirds which explains our poor successful pass rate in most games. Pinnock was turned far to easily for the cross leading to the first goal but it was a well taken header. For the second Dyche and their player contest the, it breaks for them and Eyoma is outpaced by their forward perhaps it is just coming back from his injury but I thought he was quicker than that. Not sure what Burge was doing early in the second half when he came to the edge of his area and had to be rescued by a goal line clearance. On the day I thought Blackpool were better than Birmingham they moved the ball quickly and were dangerous going forward. Finally a word about the referee, actually I don't think I can find a suitable one.

I think "costing the majority of goals" is a total fabrication. For a player who had played most of the season in the National League he has done well as KN has acknowledged and praised him on several occasions. He also was good in our promotion year when we played the last 1/4 of the season with a very makeshift defence with Haynes at left back.

As I said identical except for the number of games lost (and games played if you want to nitpick).
Interestingly the away form shows more improvement than the home form, since we lost at Reading a few days after KN took over we have only lost 1 of the following 7 games and taken 12 points. At home we have only won 2 of his 8 games taking 9 points.

Hardly on my own Mysterious. Perhaps you could inform us who you would replace Dyche with as I cannot think of an alternative player that you have not also criticised. In some of these situations that you think Dyche has made a mistake there was probably also a misplaced pass or a player losing possession further up the pitch which lead to that situation. I doubt that we could find a defender who has not been responsible for us conceding a goal including Guthrie.
