You're losing 0-4 and score with the last kick of the game. How is that relevant to the match?
If a player scores a hat-trick in a 3-6 defeat but another gets a goal in a 1-0 win, which goal was the most "relevant"?
The second line, that was about how we wouldn't be moaning about budget if those two signings had come off.
As for your last line, all I can say is, WTF are you on about?
Here’s a goal for the losing side in a 6-1 defeat that was a bit relevant for his team. https://youtu.be/dQusKNNg9Vo?si=-QaZbtS-pjfIdkTQ

Hang on. I believe manwork and his FACT that we were the bottom but one or whatever it was. He can't be talking out of his arse everytime he utters any words.
Shame it will just fit into his conspiracy theories. Anybody actually know him (or can stand him) want to initiate an intervention?
He’s got me living in Far Cotton which is literally the polar opposite of the reality. He’s nothing if not consistent.

Here’s a stat I’d like to know. In each of our promotion seasons how many key players did we lose through injury. Last season was unbelievable, but in 86/87 I don’t remember any of the side being out injured. Success or failure isn’t always controllable, but for many failure means someone has to be responsible. It isn’t always the case, and there’s a difference between considered decision making and impulsive reaction born from frustration and panic. Frankly some of the búlls*** swirling around this site is pathetic and half of it instigated by petulant children who can’t get their own way. FACT

Following the deathly silence after Tom's 'release', said advisor is probably working on an extradition case to prosecute him on something he heard down the pub once.
It's all distraction from the main event....what's going on with the stand?
Ask Dr Doolittle, old Hardwork will talk to another few horses and find out?

They need someone like you on the board, shame you live so far away 😂
Your right, their are 2 contrasting positions in those communications, but there was one impartial one. If it was necessary for the chap from the FSA to step in and send that communication, then the organisation is clearly rather dysfunctional. Let's be honest, it didn't seem to be any different from this site. Fine for an anonymous forum in an internet back water, but hardly appropriate for officers in a position of responsibility when carrying out their duties. Seems to me it is a combination of people out of their depth, lacking restraint and/.or communication skills, or too weak to ensure reasonable levels of conduct. So obviously I’m just the chap, shame about the distance as you say Hardwork.

Who are they selling the club to, would they pass the fit and proper test? What is their financial budget to operate the club, over what time frame, and would they be able to achieve this without exposing us to external debt?
Answer these satisfactorily and I'm in mate!

A lot of stuff has been raised over the last few days. It seems the long standing members of the Board are keen to continue to engage their advisor. However, I have to say his advice doesn't seem that great to me, they do seem to continually get themselves into a pickle don't they? Perhaps they're not taking the advice?

Been supporting the club since the 70s. In all that time we’ve chopped and changed manager with regularity. We started in Division 4 and that’s where we have pretty much remained. Many managers have come in with great reputations, failed and then gone on to excel somewhere else. Good managers are seemingly good managers, they are just prone to ill fortune at times. The problem is compounded by a squad overhaul with every new appointment with all the associated costs and instability. Continuity is the answer, accept this is sport and there are supposed to be unpredictable outcomes and stick with your man come what may. Because the alternative is proven not to work. We have apparently decided to do things differently and we were mainly all onboard with the new philosophy when it was suggested. It was applauded when it was going well, so when there is a down turn you have to suck it up, soldier on and remain committed. Otherwise jump on the merry go round and continually go back to where you started because that’s what will happen.

That's some list, an update from the manager would be lovely.
Based on the assumed return dates I've predicted how many games each will last before another long term injury.
Tyler Magloire - 2 games Jack Sowerby - 5 games Jon Guthrie - 15 games Ben Fox - 3 games Louis Appere - 20 games Danny Hylton - 4 games Max Dyche - Not sure we will see Max again.
Amazing, your almost a real doctor! Is there hope doctor?

Personally I understand people have a different view - I just don't really get how aggressive and personal some people are with it. Especially when they know how long and how involved many of the Trust have been in helping and supporting our club.

I like Sammo a lot, but given Jon’ s experience at FL level he need an experienced coach with him.
Have you considered its possible Jon may have found it a bit daunting at times to have CC as a number 2. Perhaps it's also possible Jon may have been at times reluctant to go against CCs opinion, especially in defensive matters. I'm not saying that's how it was, it's just possible. If true, I feel that Sammo might allow Jon to stamp his authority on the side a bit more? Is that a good thing or a bad thing, who knows? But they say a camel is a horse designed by committee, so perhaps it might not be a bad thing. Like I said, its nothing against CC and Im not saying that's how it was, its just a possibility. If we need a bit of a reset this might be it, we'll soon find out?

To be honest, I think his heart is in the right place, he genuinely wants the best for our club.
The problem is what he thinks is the best might not be, and if a majority were to disagree he’d trample over their opinion to get it anyway. Thats assuming the unlikely scenario he even considers the opinion in the first place. Heart might be in the right place, but totally unsuited to the role and I told him that to his face.
