Hoskins error up field almost costs us a 2nd

Why hasn’t he got Rose on yet?

Think Watson and Edmundson have played ok, Hoskins had a good turn and shot. Burgess has got it spot on in respect of our defence and how poor we are at the back. It’s taken him 40 mins to determine that. Keith has had half a season! We actually look ok going forward once the ball is with the midfield but the final ball is still lacking

Mitchell has been poor. Watson and Edmunddon doing ok

Sam will be shooting from 20 yards plus again no doubt

We have to start scoring goals if we are going to survive, if we draw a blank again on Saturday it’s going to be very concerning.

I would be interested to see how we play without Hoskins, I think other players could fulfil that position to much greater effect and benefit the team overall. Atone point yesterday he ran with the ball 3/4 the length of the pitch but as soon as he was faced with an opposition player he lost it. Shooting was wayward and rarely takes on a player and he’s no long throw specialist either. I don’t doubt his energy and commitment, I just don’t thin’ he has the necessary skills

It will be a good point if we win on Sat, Kioso looks good, thought Watson and Korboa both did well when they came on. Defence looked reasonably sound

Hoskins thinks he’s Ronaldo, Gallagher summed it up when he questioned what we must be doing in training. It’s no wonder Hoskins is near the top on shots but how many are on target or test the keeper. Edmundson had a great opportunity really poor attempt though. McWilliams again getting through a lot of work. Our lack of movement  when in possession is really restricting any opportunities to create clear cut chances and we are regularly giving  up possession too cheaply.

Not too disappointed, ref differently favoured them. Still lacking quality in final third. Miller looked quality. Edmundson, early on looked ok but faded. Rose should be starting possibly ahead of Hoskins. Marshall should have been on the bench. Actually looking forward to the game on Tuesday eve.

Great goal from Rose, that’s why he should be in rather than Hoskins!

Yes, Rose a real grafter and better footballer but Curle obviously has his favs!

Absolutely, should have had a free kick in a good position for foul on BAS and def penalty but in reality we have still not created much up top so it was just a matter of time for them to score. Was Hoskins substituted at half time?

He didn’t look good enough last season and then got injured. A league higher and I don’t think we should be surprised that he hasn’t performed. His first touch is poor, doesn’t act or work like a target man, did think he have turned the corner when he got the brace but then fell out of favour and clearly whatever confidence he previously had is now totally gone.

Really they bed in quickly we have some tough games coming up

Again Everbrite your post is inaccurate I complimented the Team on the 2 previous performances as there was something to applaud. I know of numerous fans who have not renewed STs since CW went and more are likely to follow, if you wish to bury your head then do be it, maybe consider changing your name to ‘Large South African flightless bird’
