Both BBC and Sporting Life have McKay off, not Herbert. Do they look similar or has someone made a mistake.
I take it it's BBC's and Sporting Life's mistake because I've heard a number of references to McKay in the last few minutes and I don't think even our commentators are stupid enough to get those two mixed up.

Apparently Jacobs coming on for Herbert has "weakened" us. If Jacobs is a good as some claim, I think that speaks for how underrated Herbert is. Pace is a potent weapon whatever level you're playing at.

"Great strike" from Purcell, a "whisker away" apparently.
Three wonderful saves from Jansson, but Reading score at the fourth attempt.

Herbert causing a lot of problems for the opposition with his pace. When's the last time you heard that said about a Cobblers player?

Purcell with an audacious backheel narrowly wide. Having a good game by the sounds of it, hopefully he's in the side for good now.

Well at least with this formation we're keeping the ball. 65%-35% in our favour possession-wise at the moment, according to Cobblers Player.

4-2-3-1 with Purcell up top on his own, like in pre-season. Working well at the mo; we've been slightly on top. 4 corners in the first 9 minutes.

...that when I open some threads I just get the thread title and an advert? Strangely enough it's happening on some threads but not on others, and can even vary from page to page in a thread (for example I now can't see the first page of the Sky Sports News thread but I can see the second page). It's usually not too big a problem and happens once every so often but it's doing it on most threads this evening for some reason.

But Sky receive a cut of the money from BT anyway, and BT have the funds to do so through their subscribers. Sainsbury's don't pay Tesco money to sell their eggs and then get told afterwards that they're only going to allowed to sell Tesco Value ones. Tesco do piss their customers around but not quite on that scale.

Well yeah obviously, but my point was about them getting greedy- they're already making one hell of a profit but are inconveniencing customers, eg BT subscribers, in an attempt to make even more. Like I said, what happened to trying to keep the customers on side? They seem to take them for granted, and as Fred has said there is a perceived arrogance there towards their own customer base that probably puts off potential new subscribers.
