Good point, I think players should be the same. At our level, maximum of 1k per week, then win bonuses for those playing, a monthly bonus to all players if team are in the playoff positions or have a certain amount of points per game etc

Looks like the overwhelming majority of fans (from this sample) have spoken. I know its only 100 people, but I would be surprised if these results were any different if all season ticket holders had a vote.

Any idea what he would comand in wages compared to what Sammo was on, would Sammo have been on about 50k? Would imagine Gary Johnson would want double that.....but i'd just be guessing.

Why not have a vote? Would be interesting to know what the majority of fans would like (in an ideal world) and yes I know, its not an ideal world but the option is there for a vote. If 200 or so fans vote that would give us a fair idea of what the majority of fans would like to see.

Ive set up a poll for New Manager. For the first time ever lets see what the fans think, put it to DC. There are too many people who know better after the event. So all you negative moaners saying DC gets it wrong put your money where your mouth is.
