Hylton would be an excellent signing for us...
Interestingly, Jerry Yates is on the bench for Rotherham today, so I believe if he comes on he can't play for anyone else this season, as he'll have played for two clubs already...

Not heard anything but creative type player, experienced (old) player who has played above league two
On his day unplayable, ruined us when playing for Bradford I seem to remember... Very injury prone but if fit worth a deal til the end of the season |

i'm sure this scenario has happened before (not with us) but other teams...
If we appeal the red card, due to the timeframe involved, Wharton could then play against Derby BUT could face and extra game ban if (when) the appeal fails...
So we could end up losing him for 4 league games, rather than the cup game plus two league games...
I might have just dreamt this but I'm sure other teams have done this in the past, just so a certain player can play in their next game...and therefore cheat the system

Not sure if we were/are in for Hallam Hope, but Swindon now after him after losing both Doyle and now Jerry Yates, who has been recalled by Rotherham...
Now, not sure if Yates was signed by Curle when on loan at Carlisle, so wonder if he's one of the players we've made a cash bid for?
