My first game of season today very impressed with Kaid Mohammed so he gets my vote. Special mention for Tozer and Robertson who imo didn`t put a foot wrong.Hackett also for his first half display when he tore their full back a new arse .But as I said Mohammed was immense imo, been screaming out for a player like him for ages keep it up KM.

Loving all this positivity great to see so many people saying we are`nt going to struggle, but waiting for the doom mongerers to start after our first defeat of the season As the saying goes we`re good on paper but then again so is a pritt stick. But I`l join in, top 7 from the start, then end of March starts our asssualt on the top 3.

The Hotel End / Other Football & Sport / MK Dons Stewards Sacked.............................

30 out of 120 stewards at the mokneys have been sacked for being to thick. They failed simple tests thought to be suited to 6 year olds. The questions included circling how many coins make up a pound. One ex steward said "I cried I`d been there for nine years. Its like I`ve been stabbed in the back". MK Dons said "We`ve introduced some minimum standards tests". Read it in the paper this morning and it made me smile all day long.

If it goes to the wire then you are also hoping that lady luck goes your way which is hasn't done all season. We need it done and dusted before the final two games which means we need to go on an incredible run. I have faith in the management duo but it is a tall order. I have my eye on Mansfield as one team to go. As for the other? Not Wycombe or Bury. Portsmouth or Accrington maybe - or us obviously? We need to keep within 2 points of safety quickly. The month of February sees a quintet of games against coastal clubs, 3 at home 2 away. 10 points out of 15 would be most welcome.
+1 On this.Just looking for a team to start dropping like a stone from the pack just above the drop zone as sometimes happens, while we go the other way.

Thought the new full back was dismal - A'wah miles better. Bit of a black eye for his distractors TBH thought we were just a bit unlucky today - missed a good chance to equalize late in the second half. It was amazing that when the ball broke lose it never seemed to go our way. Generally the forwards were ineffective, Blair looked off the pace as was German and Hope. Could not quite understand AK selection ; it might have been better to play Blair on the right and Demon on the left. Thought both their first two goals were bit lucky; why on earth the two on the line did not clear the second goal seemed very poor. Agree about the second goal, when I saw the chesterfield player hook the ball over his head towards the goal I thought its ok McGintys on the line he'll head it clear/over the bar but he just stood and watched it go over his head and into the net.At 6ft whatever he is he hardly needed to jump, fecking amazing
