Wimbledon's next two games are vs Sunderland and Portsmouth.
Ours are vs Oxford and Milton Keynes.
Should be enough to push us out of the points per game bottom four?
Hopefully

Only opinion but 'Marshall one of our 2 best players?' Please name ONE game he has started that he has played well. Good cameo's when coming on as sub BUT not when starting!
vs Southampton Under 21s he was outstanding. His opportunities have been limited. The play-off final he came on very early and pretty much played the whole game too. I'd argue that, whilst not our "best" players (Sheehan is our best and it's not even close) I would say they're our two most creative - something we desperately need considering our misfiring strike-force.

Booing is not an appropriate response at all given when taking the knee represents.
Those people who did boo KNEW that it would seem, and feel, racist.
If you take issue with BLM then don't applaud.
If the Cobblers players chose to take a knee then I would gladly applaud. It's a powerful, warranted statement.

The part of the post that is unnecessary is "..... Asian nurse administers the German developed, Belgium manufactured jab to an Irish woman...." why does anybodies race/country of origin, in this case Asian and Irish have to do with the Covid Vaccine ? Its just using that person/s race/origin to get cheap laughs. Unacceptable.
The joke was that us British have bigged up our own involvement in developing a Covid vaccine when actually the credit should be given to others. It's giving due credit to people from minority backgrounds, if anything.

We're not currently in the relegation zone.
Staying up this season is success. What do people expect?
A change of manager could easily backfire in our current position.

Are we terrible? Yes.
Are there four teams in League One worse than us? Possibly.
I think we're better than Wigan. We've also deservedly beaten Swindon and Shrewsbury this season, both are at a similar level to us in my opinion.
Swindon were hammered 0-3 at home to Accrington tonight whilst fellow relegation candidates Oxford also lost at home. Both good results from our perspective and the table now looks slightly better for us with teams below having fewer games in hand.
Bristol Rovers have also already sacked their manager this season and could be in for a tough campaign - shame we lost to them!
Saturday's game against Burton is HUGE. I'd argue it's a six pointer even at this early stage in the season.

Maybe I should have put that question to Air-Dan. Where do we get the new left back and winger from? As the window is closed.
I'm quite happy to see Hoskins play LW until January but he then needs to be properly replaced either by splashing cash or bringing in a talented youngster on loan (both Wilder and Curle proved that quality loan signings are possible). Short term there are also options available in this position on free transfers - Lee Holmes is worth a punt on a short term / pay as you play deal. Or even give Korboa a run there and see if his game improves with minutes. Lots of options. LB is trickier I'll admit. Short term I guess Sheehan could be pushed out there and Horsfall comes into the side as a CB. That may have mixed results but it's a short term fix until Mills (who is a good player) returns from injury. The LB problem is of Curle's own making as he has clearly neglected this position during recruitment. Martin is not good enough. I think the formation will work with a couple of minor tweaks in personnel and I'd rather see our players getting used to those new tactics in the meantime rather than the hopeless hoofball we're currently seeing.

Mitchell Harriman -- Bolger -- Sheehan -- NEW LB (Mills when fit) Missilou --- Watson Adams --- Holmes --- NEW LW (Hoskins) Rose
That team would win games and at could at least try to play football. Not rocket science.

can't beat the old pulling figures out of thin air.
Ok no need for figures. SOMETIMES Oliver would head the ball and it would actually go to one of our players. Smith either fails to win the ball or, occasionally, heads it to absolutely nobody. Considering this is supposedly his main quality (I haven't seen any others) he is shocking at it. Even Curle, who seems to love Smith, clearly rated Oliver ahead of him in the pecking order by the end of last season. Smith was not good enough for League Two and he is not good enough now. He offers nothing.

the only bit that is right on there is the last bit.
oliver was nothing but a head on a stick but for some reason people loved him - despite his terrible scoring record and lack of ability.
Oliver actually won about 90% of his aerial duals and often showed some good hold-up play. His scoring record was poor but there was a lot more to his game. Smith offers nothing.

There's a lot of competition for his position and he had plenty of chances last season.
A shame because he's a hard working lad who I would have liked to see come good.
Presumably Yeovil will be paying a fair chunk of (or all of) his wages for the rest of the season.
Get Lines a loan move as well and spend the cash on an extra CB.

For me:
Mitchell
Harriman Bolger Racic Mills
Adams Missilou Sowerby Hoskins
Rose Ashley-Seal
Arnold, Marshall, Watson, McWilliams, Smith, Korboa, Chucka
This assuming that Rose, Sowerby and Adams are fit enough to play 60 minutes +
