the issue wasnt doing overtime, i did 197 weekend hours last year alone, probably more the year before, the problem was that they were lying and threatning me into doing over time because they needed to get the job done due to poor management from their part.
Since my "discussion" with them, I handed in my notice and found myself a new job. 

Im having a bit of an argument with my company as they say that it states on my contract that i HAVE to work overtime (including weekends and night shifts) if they need me to, but the only thing stated in my contract is:

"The employee's normal working hours shall be 8.45am to 17.30pm on mondays to fridays when in the office, and shuch additional hours as are necessary for the proper performance of his duties"

Does this mean i have to work everytime they want me to?
