the issue wasnt doing overtime, i did 197 weekend hours last year alone, probably more the year before, the problem was that they were lying and threatning me into doing over time because they needed to get the job done due to poor management from their part. Since my "discussion" with them, I handed in my notice and found myself a new job.

Im having a bit of an argument with my company as they say that it states on my contract that i HAVE to work overtime (including weekends and night shifts) if they need me to, but the only thing stated in my contract is:
"The employee's normal working hours shall be 8.45am to 17.30pm on mondays to fridays when in the office, and shuch additional hours as are necessary for the proper performance of his duties"
Does this mean i have to work everytime they want me to?
Thanks

For any one dealing with depression, i recomend the read of a book called "A life too short - The tragedy of Robert Enke". It shows you how one of the most successful goal keepers of his generation was a victim of depression.

I completly agree with you that is outrageous that such websites are allowed to advertise in tv or any sort of media for that matter. I find myself watching ESPN quite a lot and watch those adverts constantly. Having said that, not only i dont have the need, felt the need, nor would i ever resort to such companies for money.
Mind you... i dont totally agree with you when u say "vulnerable football supporters". We are all responsible for our mistakes, and no one can "force" someone to use such companies. These companies survive on people that are stupid enough to be desperate because (90% of the times) they were stupid enough to get themselfs in trouble in the first place. All I can say is... dont be stupid!!!!!

when was the last time you played left back Luis?? I have you down as a midfielder My entire time playing for cobblers fans team I played as a left wing back. The closest you get to a left back in our "style". I will let you off though... but just because you let me score at 6fields!!

I have no doubt at all that the club would have been much better off under a successful GJ than a successful CC.
Mate, you hate Calderwood... thats fine. If it floats your boat... But... saying that is just idiotic!!!! its like saying: A horse breeder would be better off with a unicorn than a winning race horse!!!! IDIOTIC!!!!!!! If you hate someone at least make sure its for the right reasons and dont come up with irracional reasoning.

I cant believe people, after the absence of football we witnessed this season, still say that they prefer to be entertained than having boring wins. It must be real hate for the man!!!!!
This is sooooooooooo deja vu!!!!!
By the way, can we get back the debate who's a better striker, McGleish or Kirk back???

There' just one thing that has been bothering me. Just how much money with cost the club to get rid of 10 players under a contract?? Dont we have to pay them off??? Realisticly, how many of those 10 players will have teams offering them contracts, or willing to pay for them?

Im looking for a tread mill so that I have no excuse to be lazy, so, is there anyone out there that has one and wants to get rid of it???
yes, I tried ebay and all that but i just couldnt see any I liked or was willing to travel that far away for it.
Though, if there is one available out there and is within the county, I will pick it up. Obviously Im willing to pay for the thing (as long as it is reasonble).
Thanks
