Those are my thoughts too. I think the words, lack of creativity will be used regularly this season. Will happily be wrong though.

Sadly not wrong at all. The windows open until the 2nd September isn't it? Essential that some pace/ flare is brought in before it's too late.

Before the season started it was obvious we lacked pace within the team.
On top of this, Adams, Lines and Smith have been hugely disappointing.
Re Warburton, I actually like him but he appears to be KC's scapegoat.
It was crying out for him to come on at the end.
It is going to be a long season

Bunney did well today, pushed Cornell for MotM...
No he didnít, Cornell MoM by a mile, thatís how bad the rest were, Col U were really poor as well, some shocking passes in the first half, Bunney done for pace so many times heís never ever a left back.
KT has a decision to make v soon canít see us getting anything from the next two games.

Hi BackOfTheNet,

Thank you for completing the survey.

The institution has received some negative PR recently, from the very select few students who bring antisocial behavior on campus and now the local community. UON is working hard to tackle these issues, employing police officers to keep the community as well as campus a safe place.

Meanwhile the academics are making impressive efforts to connect with students in class as well as outside of class. UON are also adopting a new teaching style, in line with their super supportive ethos in which i hope in the years to come will improve their rank score.

Your comments are really true when speaking to others, and i hope quote you if that is okay?

Thanks

Matt

Hopefully they will turn things around, both for the good of the town (and having a decent uni can be VERY good for a town) and also from a selfish perspective as it's not somewhere I'm particularly proud to say I'm a graduate of at the moment.

I'd also add I'm not just going by media scare stories - I've got friends who live nearby the new campus and they've experienced lots of problems with inconsiderate car parking, vandalism, their address being used as a delivery address by multiple people who then turn up demanding their goods and by aggressive, threatening behaviour. It's fair to say their lives have been made a misery and they aren't isolated incidents perpetrated by a few individuals; it's lots of students on a regular basis doing this. Of course, "lots" doesn't equate to "all" or even "most", and it's a real shame for the students who just want to get on and study in peace but, to paraphrase a football expression, you're only as good as your last game, or more precisely, the student body is only perceived by the wider community to be as good as it's most unpleasant members.

Anyway, yes, feel free to quote me and good luck with the rest of your masters!

Everbrite, as I said before the season started having watched some of the friendlies, I couldnít see us scoring many goals and so it has come to pass. We didnít play that well on Tuesday evening, we just got very lucky. Curle is far too negative, even the players post match were referring to a 0-0 result. I think he has signed aging players who are at the end of their careers and really fear this will be there Year we go out of the Lesgue, can see us getting anything from the next 2 home games and could be bottom by then!

It really was much the same really, boring, negative football relying on a set piece, although they were awful or a mistake. We never ever have a spell of pressure, or will , set up to play like this. The rubbish about playing attractive football in the opposition half, is so far from the truth. We need someone like their number 7 , who runs with the ball and creates chances. Itís no fluke Colchester have had a few penalties already, we never will if we donít get anywhere near the box. Only Cornell,Goode, Watson and Turnbull any good today , the rest just average.
