Well, MK, they had 12,643 empty seats yesterday
They wont have 12.643 empty seats in two weeks time. Seats at a football stadium? Crazy idea.

stadium MK now holds 30,200. There were more than 12,643 empty seats at the last game. Not that this matters to me. They are a growing club and the owner there is in for the long term doing many things including the stadium the right way. Imagine if we had drawn man united at home, Cardoza would be kicking himself and all the potential lost income. MK on the other hand will be making a big trip to the bank.

I see Northampton police are reminding Northampton fans not to take flares into football grounds as it's a criminal offence.... Slightly ironic. What happened to the 3 numptys that were guilty of criminal offences in the Mansfield stand? Oh yeah they stood and watched 😆

You do realize that their support is on a downward trend - if you like being in a Stadium less than 3rd full for the majority of the season that's ok. I doubt very much if MKD is that much better than us at the moment.

Yes, but i'd imagine that cup draw may spark a fair bit of interest, and if they market it right with incentives around league games earning cup tickets, you may well see a fairish sized surge in their average attendance.

You don't think people will have caught on it's Man U reserves they'll be seeing? If they turn up expecting to see Rooney at al, they may leave disappointed.

We were charged double price to see their reserves in 2004. Dunno why, I went because NTFC were playing.

Unfortunately, the name Manchester United attracts people, all around the world, even in MK, where i'd imagine half of their so called fans also follow United, regardless of the strength of the squad. And with them not being in Europe this year, they may well take this competition a little more seriously.
