I'm sure we are all aware of the death of David Henderson after last season's home defeat by York City. When they return to Sixfields in February a group of York fans will be cycling from Bootham Crescent to Sixfields in memory of David Henderson and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. It's a classy thing to do and I think they deserve our support. I hope you do too. https://www.justgiving.com/Ride2Northampton

This is such a wonderful and classy gesture from the York fans. They have my total respect. I'm more than happy to donate to the cause

An acknowledgement tomorrow would reciprocate that class?

I don't envy them one bit, in late February, the best they can hope for weather wise is that it's dry and not too windy! Great that supporters of another club are willing to go to such lengths to rememeber one of our fans and raise money for a worthy cause. The least I could do is donate.

Can you imagine cycling all that way to find it's been postponed half an hour before you arrived? Must be a real possibility.

Just wanted to bring it back on first page - the guys could do with a bit more support - surely those of us who generate so much hot air in some of the threads (including me) can dig deep for a tenner here.

Nice one Cobblerwatch. Come on folks, give these chaps some support of a great cause in memory of a Cobblers supporter that trajically died after a game last season. View from the East, there is a link in Dyl's original message.
