Big game on Tuesday, after leaving K Mo out on Saturday we know Wider is capable of some surprises when it comes to the line up. I'd take a point (like I think most would) but i'd hope we won't set up to play for a point!

I'd personally go for:

------------------------------Duke------------------------------
----------------------Collins---------Diamond--------------------
--------------Tozer-----------------------------Robertson-------
----------------------Morris----------Ravenhilll-------------------
--------------Mohamed-------O'Toole-----------------D'Ath------
------------------------------Richards---------------------------

Then probably Subs; Archer, Alfei, Moyo, Toney, Sinclair, Nicholls, Horwood

I know it's a big call to leave Toney out but i'd bring him off the bench later in the game just like against Mansfield, running at the tired defenders.

Curious to see how others would think we will line up.

Gavin Ward in the middle for this one. His third game of the season, first in the Fourth, ten cautions, no dismissals so far.
Coincidentally he officiated in the same game last season, keeping his cards well and truly in his pocket...his only game involving us...

I'll be there with felipe. Looking forward to this one. Pompey are certainly a tougher team to face than last season, a win would be a huge result!

I'm looking forward to this one so it'll inevitably end in disappointment! New ground for me as well, hopefully we'll take a few...

Didn't you used to live in Portsmouth - at college??  Vague memories of posts a long time back.  Did you never, ever go to Fratton Park in your time there?  When I was at college there, I used to go quite regularly - I saw Andy Awford's debut as a 16 year old.  I must be getting old, he's the manager now!

No idea how we will line up formation or personnel wise. Will Hackett be fit? Will we go 352? Does Sinclair get his first taste of action this season? Does tozer come in for alfei?

No idea personally!

Shocked Bloody hell your memory's sharp, that's going back a bit!

I remember you getting hauled in by the Naval Provost for some minor misdemeanour and being very pissed off about it.

I used to live behind Fratton Station.

I'll be back there for a reunion during the FA Cup 1st round weekend, so I hope we get Pompey away or some south coast non-league team - anyone remember Littlehampton?  That would do me.

Bollo! Can't make it. Poxy B&Q kitchens. Grrrrrrr.

Hope all those making the trip have a great three point journey home. Though I'd be very happy with a point.

I agree, a win would be fantastic, but a draw will do.  I hope we  don't loose it.

Hello to everyone. Listening in Edmonton. The commentator just said, "we will see if there is a diamond in midfield" .... surely Diamond is in defence  Undecided
