With respect, that's bollocks. The whole point of the question was whether we or Cheltenham had been more successful in recent seasons. Did we do better than Bradford in L2 in 2012/13 because we finished above them with 4 more points after 46 games? Whethe you count the points or not, the playoffs are part of the league.

The reality is that we are major players in the football league with a proud history and are just having a bit of a temporary lean time. Cheltenham are non-league upstarts who joined the league in 1999 and are just about clinging on to survival each year before they inevitably go back to where they belong.
