If Chris Wilder is as good as some of think he is, he will have improved the sloppy defending we had last week. I say 1-1 (with fingers crossed!)

Wrong team selection today, lessons not learned from last week. Useless keeper in goal again as well.

Fingers crossed I'm wrong!

Agreed. Tozer for Alfei the only unforced change. I suppose Diamond's injury may have restricted the options for a change at the back, but to go with the same midfield against higher quality opposition is a tad risky to say the least.

Our injury list is ridiculous and has been for the last two or three years. I think it's time for a proper inquiry as to why we are sustaining so many - is it facilities, training strategies from our so-called sports scientist or what?

I can see Nicholls being recalled fairly soon - with Sinclair and Richards out we're a bit short up front now.

9 players out injured at the moment....that's a ridiculous situation to be in this early in the season! What's it going to be like when the weather turns?

Alfie would also appear to be injured.

What bothers me is that a lot of these injuries seem to be muscle injuries sustained in training rather than obvious 'contact' injuries sustained in matches.

God I love being wrong today! I actually fancied a 1-0 win for some reason...until I saw the starting line up!

Sounded very comfortable on the wireless, I missed the first 10 minutes but after that point it sounded rather like the dagenham match. Achieved with so many injuries shows how strong this squad is.

Wilder is crap, just like Cardoza. If only some of you guys could take over.
