I must admit I do wonder what (if anything) goes through the minds of the pin heads who do things like this.

""Bump"" for those who think that because it's a local derby, it might be an idea.... it's not.....

That one yesterday smelt particularly acrid, like burning electricals or plastic (and I was at the opposite side of the stand to where it was set off). I actually wondered if something had caught fire at one point before I realised that there is nothing in that stand that is luxurious enough to burn.

You must have sensitive sense of smell . Quite enjoyed the smoke reminded me of long gone Guy Fawkes nights. Green is the in colour tho'

The nice lady steward kindly carried it a couple of feet in front of me on her way out - no more smell than your average firework. Perhaps you caught the smell from the rehearsals of the burning of the Guttridge effigy.

Hate smoke bombs at games. Don't think we've had on at a Wednesday game for at least a year now. Think people have finally grown up. Ended up stuck about 10 yards from one at Barnsley a couple of years back. It stunk to high heaven. Then there was the game at Leicester where morons in both sets of fans were throwing them at each other for the first ten minutes.
