Kettering beat Bedford town 4-0, When I lived in Bedford I alway's tried my best to watch Kettering's games, my mate's hated me as I would shout ''come on poppies''! I heard that they are returning to Rockingham Road, Great news, pleased for them and the fan's.

Beat Farsley Celtic in the final qualifying round of this season's FA Cup and enter the draw for the First Round proper. Must be a while since they were last in with the bigger boys. Would be good to draw them at home and get a full house.

The Rockingham Road land was sold to Seagrave developments, who have recently completed building houses on it. I was at the development a few times last year. You can buy a house on Poppies Rd if you like. https://seagravedevelopments.co.uk/for-sale/Just as an aside. The owner of Seagrave Developments comes to odd games at Sixfields. Along with his friend, who happens to be exceptionally well off.. And was once approached about potential ownership of the club.

And he turned down the opportunity, surely not. A sleeping giant like us, you would think he would have bit their hand off to ‘invest’ in a club like ours.
