I find this standard answer to be a convenient smoke screen for the club/DC. I can't see what sort of legal action would be affected if basic details were made public . I suspect someone is trying to cover up their incompatance and embaresment.
On what basis do you suspect this? |

If any other company/institution issued a similar statement under the same circumstances you'd accept it without a second thought. Not saying the club is without blame/error but the fact they're unable to comment is totally reasonable. |

It's reasonable that the club are following legal advice, but a simple question, in case I have missed something! Is it in the public domain exactly who the club is in dispute with?

No I wouldn't, but then i suppose that's just me. I don't expect the club to go into full details but a simple explanation of who and why surly can't hurt any legal action especially as we are the ones that have supposedly been wronged. I don't remember CCFC and ACL hiding behind legal issues in their dispute or ACL when they tried to take us to court |

If it was any other company or institution the paying customers (us fans) would have left long ago to a more successful operation that fulfils its promises. However this loyalty comes at a price and we deserve to know what is going on. |

The club release a statement that "due to legal advice" they can't say anything, now you all are presuming that this legal advice is good and proper but given DC's track record do you trust this legal advice to be good? I wouldn't be surprised if his lawyer was Giovanni Di Stefano
