Just looked on bbc. Football is a game of tactics. Probably the best tactic there is is to play your best 11 players I suppose.

It's simply using the rules to your own advantage.
As with everything, I blame the ref... who was Scottish by the way... if he didn't realise what was going on it's his own fault for letting himself be drawn into it.
Clever from Alonso and Ramos in my opinion.
If anything, UEFA need to change the rules and increase the ban on receiving 2 yellows in one match

cheating plain and simple - ban them for 3 games each - job done.
for once i dont blame the ref, but if he could have sent another 3 off the game would have been abandoned which would have been nice.
the rules are ridiculous for things like this as it often takes longer for a ref to tell someone to "get on with it" instead of just letting them get on with it.
