I've got no problem with season long loans as they're effectively the same as one year contracts.

The issue I have is with endless month here/month there loans of players who are no better than our own.

Very nicely put your highness. That will be an end to my immature 'banter' of that you can be certain. The only fly in the ointment is as you can see from the above few posts if my nemesis and I keep stumm you will have a void promptly filled with utter bollocks from some other posters. At least our banter was lighthearted.  Cry   Back on topic then...... I will never buy a season ticket at Northampton ever again (not an option for me). I will however get to as many games as I can. I suspect that Cobbler78 is the tip of an ever growing iceberg.

Grin Very nicely put AD - with just a touch of Mummy's boy about it! Nothing wrong with that though Wink

Back on topic I have never had a season ticket except when we played Man U when to get a ticket I had to purchase a half season ST.

Whilst I was in the queue for my Manc ticket, a bloke in front of me did the same. When he had purchased the said item, he kept what he viewed as the most important item and chucked the rest in the wast bin by the ticket office window. Cue a kid standing behind me to come running over, and fish them out of the bin, with a big grin on his face!
Obviously, this was back in the days when we had a proper working ticket office, and never had to queue for six hours, in the rain, for play off tickets.
But Im not bitter..

I had one back in those days, over in the east. I moved over to the west the year after the FA cup run but it has been quite a few years now since I bought one.

I have the feeling that even if the stand is finished in time season ticket sales in the East will be a bit subdued next season.
Also noticed on Saturday that the displaced disabled supporters were getting a good soaking during the second half again.
Wasn't there something you could have done about that DC ?
or don't you really care ?

The disabled fans issue has been very poorly dealt with. I would hope a very reduced or even free season ticket for next season to all disabled fans who have been displaced this season could be a good way of saying sorry.
