So which players would you cull if you were Wilder?

I think one of the first on my list would be Emile Sinclair.  Ultimately his two goals v Torquay kick started our survival campaign but other than that he has done bugger all.

I would then ditch most of the loan players.

The only players I'd keep at the moment are Collins, Diamond, Cresswell, Horwood, Hornby, Hackett (just), Mohammed, Toney, D'ath, Moyo and Richards. The rest are nothing special.

he started over cressy today so I don't think it is. Hes a workhorse and leader which is something we need now.

Only because Cresswell was injured in the warm up. Langmead was originally dropped to the bench.

Based on today's performance, there's not many I'm fussed about keeping

Sinclair, but he is here for another 18 months if he can't be moved, Alfei, can the club terminate his loan? Langmead, a few in front of him when all fit. Banks, I hope, Ravenhill.

Was Collins here before Wilder. You would get rid of him as well?

I think he's going to move on the below players in January or May if possible:
Duke, Alfei, Carter, Langmead, Sinclair, Tozer, Nicholls, Ravenhill, and probably O'Toole too.

I think we can deduce from his interview yesterday that he's looking to build the spine of the side around Richards, Cresswell and Diamond.

Yes, top of the list.....I could never understand the Sinclair deal and was horrified we were stuck with him for so long.

O'Toole is bound to go , if Sarfend can afford his wages and Nicholls surely will sign for Exeter ( good Luck Alex!).

Sadly , it looks like Langers will be moved on one way or another.

But please send the LOANEES back...starting with Archer & Alfei.

Carter had a crap game but would be sorry to see him go. Tozer can never play as badly again ....can he ? probably ?

Toney would have been gone but for the greed of his agent.

And how about sorting out our Fitness & Training Regime...can't be right. Another re-arranged team sheet must be totally unsettling , took us 80 minutes to nearly recover !
