Wilder himself is the first manager to come out and question things going on at the club which are outside of his control. Whether he was promised the earth and now a year later has realised that DC hasn't delivered or whether it was just trying to deflect some of the blame I don't know!

Interesting point - I think he has every right to point the finger at DC in respect of terrible training facilities but on the other hand difficult to hold the chairman to account for things like tactics, loan signings and team selection.

Given he has already blamed players and physios I think it's more of a case of him deflecting blame.

Well I will nail mine.

Whilst I appreciate some of the things that the club have done since D Cardozas arrival,in particular the financial improvement in their dealings with their creditors and the HMRC, there are serious issues. It cannot be a coincidence that the club have, on and off the pitch, been disastrously run.

It starts with the chief executive. We appointed Tony Clarke, presumably to influence the council ,when he had no previous experience and absolutely no aptitude for the task. There may have been others but if so  no one cut any ice.DC then took charge and he has proved as big a liability as any of the previous incumbents. The information from the club is poor at best and in truth probably deliberately misleading. The club is incredibly sloppily run. Offers nothing to its customers and no vision for the future. It has no strategic goals or objectives and lurches from one issue to another. But for his fathers money it should have gone bust years ago. It has no vision and offers nothing to its customers and cannot succeed whilst DC remains in charge.

It cannot be a coincidence that every manager appointed by DC has been a relative failure at this club. I include Colin Calderwood in that assessment although I agree I may have been a little harsh on him yesterday when the achohol was tempering another crap result. None has been remotely successful. Yet Stuat Gray is managing a championship side,Johnson took Yeovil to the championship,Calderwood assisted in the Premiership,Boothroyd is in the England set up. DC has without doubt provided all the managers with Financial support but this is of no value if the pervading under current is failure and mistrust and that is all so evident in the current administration of the club. Without optimism there is no impetus and this management offers nothing to get out of bed for. It's always someone else's fault. Contrast this with MK Dons whose Chairman may be slimy but who is constantly promoting his club.

My analysis for what it is worth is that the Cardozas have to write off their investment or get someone in who knows how to run a company and properly promote the club. This current regime will result in apathy, continuing frustration and I'll feeling with the clubs supporters and the family doing more money. Something has to change but that depends on the Cardozas looking in the mirror.  Don't hold your breath.

...all previously had experienced some success...

They have hardly set the world on fire. And probability has nothing to do with it. It only works for things like drawing cards from a pack; things with an equally likely outcome.

DC has without doubt provided all the managers with Financial support...

So, what else do they need? Being able to pick their own players? No interference with team selection? A bit of extra help when injuries occur?

So DC has f***ed up the redevelopment. The managers' results over 3 seasons speak about how they've done their jobs.

We have a manager that (so far) has never been sacked, who has been in this game for 12 years. How many managers do you think there are that can say the same?

Almost every manager that has been a success at one club has failed at another and it happens over and over again.
