Best of luck to Craig, top pro but again similar to Guinan, wrong club wrong time.

Unfortunately for Hinton and Guinan they were brought in on the back of a relegation and with respect they hardly inspired confidence to the most optimistic of supporters. They needed to come in and hit the ground running, but instead our start was dreadful and it seemed the manager had clearly lost his way, it was a difficult time for them to come in to be fair.

Iv always thought Hinton is reliable and fairly decent at this standard. Good luck to him, great bloke and a top professional. Always maintained a top attitude on the pitch and from what Sampson says off it too.

Yeah, great move for Hinton to get some games and nice that Luton will have cover for their injured defenders, but hold on, we are again down to TWO central defenders again and ONE of them is a LOAN player!!
WTF!

Fair play to Hinton for actually wanting to go out and play some games, unlike Guinan who has turned down several loan moves and is more than happy just to sit on his ar#e and pick up his pay cheque. Hopefully Hinton will impress whilst on loan and secure a permanent deal their in January. He was prone to making mistakes and lacks pace but he was always commited.
Good luck fella!
Did you consider that maybe the loan offers for Guinan were from somewhere like Darlington and they wern't prepared to pay for his accommodation, thus leaving him to pay out for two homes? It's not always as easy as just "sitting around picking up his wages whilst not playing"

no one can doubt his professionalism and he did put in some great performances, shame they were clouded by his early days when he was played out of position
Quite under-rated as a player here imho. Very competitive, always niggling forwards, lots of "professionalism" in his play with little nudges, shirt pulling etc all cleverly on the blinf side of officials. As quite a small centre half in my day, I appreciated the way he played, good luck and thanks for the Anfield home movie.
