Rico's pen on Saturday was a lot better than Messi's tonight. As for the woeful diving header...
I bet takes the next one.

That's why he constantly loses out to Ronaldo. A player whose half decent would have known to smash the ball 120mph into the top third of the goal right where the keeper can't get it.

Even I could do that, perhaps I should be taking the penalties?

I see Bayo, another penalty taker who goes for low placement along the floor missed again last night. When you consider you have a 50/50 chance of success with the keeper diving the wrong way, it makes you realise how crap these "professionals" are at doing their job!

That was from years ago, all the ones I remember him taking for the Cobblers were hit low.

Pretty sure Balotelli has a good record and he goes low. And how often do you see keepers go the right way and still not save it when its low in the corner.

Wouldn't say it was 50/50, although Bayo always worried me when he was "running" up to take one.

Personally I'd go for the straight smash down the middle.

At the end of the day Saturdays pen could be put down to a good save it was certainly a better pen than his one against Accrington. He certainly picked the correct one to score out of his last 3.

im pretty sure Balotellis penalties are no longer legal, but the officials dont seem to bother with the no stutterting on your run up rule.

You can 'stutter' all you like, but cannot feint the actual kick.

I don't think anybody was disputing what I was saying, they just don't believe professional footballers are good enough to carry out the instructions.
