Still not 100% on him, do like his work rate though, seems like he cares

I'd be happy for us to take a punt on Gray given that he probably wont take up much of the budget.

He's young enough to potentially develop into a decent striker and then we'd have a really good asset on our hands, if it doesn't work out we won't have lost very much. Low risk for potentially high reward.

Byrom & Taylor new contracts are a no-brainer, let's hope Byrom doesn't get any more attractive offers.

So why are you not 100% on him? He's done OK for us in his short time here, scored a few goals and has always worked hard. . . . . . not sure what else you can ask of him, really?

he would do a job as 4th choice behind rico, a n other, and toney.

I completely agree that he's worked hard, but I don't think he's quite good enough. Unlike other CFs we've had recently, he also needs to spend a bit more time in Nando's to build up more of a physical presence.

Ref Gray...worth a punt as a few have said. Other two, no brainers...

Which begs the question...what about Collins? He would be my number 1 to prioritise for next season!

Good to see the club taking up contract discussions early doors for once. In my opinion, it's only these two and Collins that are out of contract that are definitely worth keeping.

I think the likes of Tozer, Duke, Carter, Morris, Bodin and Newey will be gone whilst it'll be down to Wilder what plans he has for Perry and Jalal.

I like Gray - I'd also like to see him have a go in a wide position of a front three. But on his own up top or with Toney? Not so sure.

Taylor, Byrom and Collins are absolute no brainers surely. Gray? He's done okay - probably worth it if cheap. Would like to see someone like Manset come in for a bit of presence up top.

Who is the real Matthieu Manset?! He was brilliant against us for Hereford a few years ago, pants against us for Cheltenham on Saturday!

I think "Pants" is unfair. I liked the way he got in amongst us and in our faces. He certainly did a good job of winding the fans up.
I think there's a good player in there somewhere given the right opportunity. Not saying we should necessarily give him that opportunity though.

Felt he was quite hard working and good at bringing others into the game... not a goalscorer like Richards (but we're never going to have a player like that as back up). Was mildly impressed with him and more impressed with that Elliot Cambridge had up top.

Funnily enough, I thought on Saturday that Mansett would offer good cover for Rico as he was lively, held the ball up well and provided real nuisance value. I thought I might be on my own though since everyone around me kept on about what a donkey he was!

I like him and think he would be a good back up just not sure he will get too many goals as he will not be a regular starter, would be a decent back up, at the moment, 3rd choice behind Rico and Ivan

I believe Wilder's main priority is a First choice Goalkeeper, centre forward  and maybe a centre back. had we had a little more quality in them key areas my guess is that we would have made the play offs this season and maybe automatic even with the horrendous start we had.

We've been linked (along with a few other clubs) with Elliot Justham, GK from Luton, according to the Beds on Sunday.

He's been understudy to Mark Tyler all season but got a string of games due to injury.

However, the article does later go on to provide a quote from Elliot saying he wont be leaving the club...

I fully expect Collins to depart and be replaced with Jake Wright from Oxford
