I don't think so some how, he only recently (January 2014) signed a new 3 year deal at Oxford. |

I guess if Appleton prefers Jamie Ashdown then he'd be a free transfer... But I fully expect a goalkeeper to come in on a season long loan. |

Clarke has been told he can leave Oxford, could do a good job for you, good shot stopper, only weakness I would say is he doesn't command penalty area and not the best on crosses/high balls in 6 yard area

Played mostly League one, with some games in Championship.
I did some research most assists in a season in league two, with 12 goals to his name when he was only starting out.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but I see Wigan have signed a new goalkeeper, so even if Carson leaves which I have no idea if he will it will mean Nicholls will be 2nd choice at best. Surely he needs to be playing games at this stage in his career so a loan might not be out of the question?
