He is good enough, but if he gets injured or suspended we have no back-up. Both Collins & Tozer have left & with Carter (who could also do a job there (at a push)) also gone we are a bit short. Obviously, CW has decided Tom Newey isn't up to it.

He's really really good. God knows why he's dropped down to this level.

Okay, I give up. I don't want to be part of this anymore.

Impressed with this signing. Preston fans seem to rate him and say he is a very solid defender. Horwood is obviously good going forward but did fade defensively at the end of last season.
Good to have options and this seems to be a good one!

Interesting names, but doubtful when CW is clearly after seasoned pros who have previously won promotion. Could be good for our 'Development squad' though.

Don't forget we need 2 keepers, not both (if either!) will be experienced pros.

If u r going to use football transfer rumours as your sauce best not to use rumours from January's dead line day as u have done with Clarke from woking

Today's C&E...
And Wilder has promised the Cobblers supporters that the quality players will keep on coming in as he continues to rebuild his squad for the new season.
Asked if and when more new signings will be announced, Wilder said: “We are down the line with goalkeepers, and we are down the line with another central defender.

My sauce is HP. I don't have a source for transfer rumours which is why I read this thread !

Very good signing at this level, Wilders record of signing decent full backs is questionable but he's done well sign him, luckily for you we've got Skarz in already or we might of tried to sign him

As far as we are concerned, it seems to be his best area of expertise. Alfi aside!
