It is sad. If CW is allowed to hold the squad together and provided we can replace Toney with a proven goal scorer we must be in with a good chance of promotion.

I highly doubt anything illegal has been going on here. From what people on here have been describing, only a colossal idiot would think they could get away with what has been suggested. Being silent does not mean he doesn't care, I suspect he has been told to be quiet by his lawyers as have the Consortium. NBC have met the latter and said talks were good and they haven't kicked up a fuss over repayments so what is the problem? All this talk of going into administration is scaremongering BS.

But we're not failing to so it currently isn't an issue.

From what I understand the repayments are being made from the loan itself, this is clearly unsustainable especially given the 'missing' money. If there is no long term repayment strategy for any debts you go into administration.
Not really scaremongering, a realistic outcome albeit a worse case scenario one.

And how do you know that? Are you privy to the accounts for instance? From what I hear on here we have either squandered all £12 million on the East Stand or we are repaying the loan through the loan. Which is it?

Not privy to any inside information but how else are we making the repayments?
I'd be very suprised and disappointed if we'd squandered 12m on the work so far, it's more realistic to assume we've lost a chunk and the remainder is still around.
All very much my opinion and if we've found another way to make 60k a month additional income to make the repayments I'd be delighted, and intrigued as to what it was.
As I say all opinion and obviously a subject that will continue to divide opinion until hopefully the takeover/developement is complete.

You'll find people prefer to speculate, then in their mind it actually happened. Then they get angry that the situation that they have completely guessed at... then log on here and get even more angry that no-one else is angry about the situation they just made up.
Facts are not important to these people.

You are on a mission...I've just looked back at your last 50 posts. 7 High light what I've put. 15 in total Marquis, Hamster and myself. And pretty much every other post mentions one of us either directly or indirectly. Its becoming a little unnerving, you are only on this site to shout down certain people...

You and Hamster just posted at me despite me not talking to you. You just asked for my real name, a little unnerving. You read through my last 50 posts? Obsessed?

If you have an issue with me, pm me and we can deal with it. No need to hi-jack every thread.
Then tell me who you are and I will respond...doubt you will because the last thing you are likely to do is give away your identity. last on this matter from me.

He's actually gone beyond trolling now, in my case he/she is stalking me! Proper little keyboard warrior. Wonder what his/her name is Nigel? Drilling - I used to enjoy your posts upto to the ReDev situation. I dont think Hallam is trolling you at all but for some reason you are forever at logger heads with him. Can you not just cool down - I know the ReDev is important but its becoming an obsession with you. You are repeating yourself over and over on this issue. We all know where you stand but if you carry on your opinions will eventually lose credibility. Also I dont think it wise to go head to head with Hallam as there will only be one outcome. Try and get back to your former self and let the ReDev take its course; after all anything said on here will not affect or influence the outcome. Regards and see you at Bristol!

But we're not failing to so it currently isn't an issue.
It's a massive issue, with the imminent possibility of administration, because the loan was to be used to create facilities - East Stand, hotel etc. - that would provide additional income streams that would service the loan. As those income streams don't exist and we were not trading at a profit level sufficient to service the loans directly, it seems almost certain that the loan capital itself is being used to service the loans. This is ultimately disastrous because, with interest, the amount to be repaid exceeds the capital sum so we will default on payments at a future point when the money runs out. As stated elsewhere, administration happens when you can no longer trade with a reasonable expectation of paying the bills. It's like sitting in a full bath and taking the plug out - for a while there'll still be enough water to wash your face but that won't go on forever. Administration is putting the plug back in while there's still a little bit left to work with. For all of the name calling on here, it is sadly the case that there is enough financial information in the public domain - the loan documents, the movement of monies around First Land, liabilities on the club - that the prospect of administration remains a real one, if not a certainty. Some of the Cardoza apologists admit they haven't read the available information - if you didn't do a bit of research, you would also think the earth was flat.
