You didn't need to go to all this trouble to get a little bit of attention off me... and don't I know it. Let's face it, it's a symbiotic relationship, I fart, you check your underpants.

To answer the thread question, 'no'. I rarely trust anyone unwilling to use their real name on a forum. I immediately assume they are hiding something.

Rodney, could you give me your full name? I wanted to have a look on the electoral register, I'm on the lookout for homes which are vacant every other Saturday afternoon for a few hours so I can do a bit of robbing. Trustfully yours, Ryan.

As a cross section I believe it would be generally representative of our support. Opinion polls never ask the whole electorate do they? TV viewing figures never record what everybody is watching. Oh and though I do not know most people's real name on here, I would say Neither do I know most real names of regulars at Sixfields either.

You are what is known as a troll. No sod knows who you are. You just troll people who you disagree with. You will take your seat tomorrow chuckling to yourself how tough you are but remember one thing. But remember that whatever happens at the end of the saga, you have made absolutely zero effort in the real world to argue your case. Evers turns up to Trust meeting, Marvo used to run the busses. I might disagree with most of what they say but hey ho I know they are 'real'. You on the other hand? A total and utter troll. And I know you are a Cobbler because your account has been live for a long time. That saddens me. Because you come on here, trying to wind everyone up who does give a sh1t but without one degree of substance.

Yep I'm tough alright, I'm on here telling people that. If you don't know who I am how do you know what I do or don't do? Just because I'm not on here spouting my mouth about what i'm doing. As far as I'm concerned you've done nothing of effort in the real world. Judging by the things you've put on here and other things you've had your hand in, they are pretty poor. Just my opinion, i've contributed to the things I felt mattered, i've also put my opinion across when I think the opposite. Whats sad is when someone disagrees with you, you label them a "troll" to help you deal with the fact you may not be right. You follow my posts around disagreeing with me but you're what "real" because someone on here knows you?

Quite, 'Rodney'.
No one in their right mind would make up 'Rodney'. It's Rodney Marshall, season ticket holder at the County Ground and at Sixfields. I was simply offering an opinion about hiding behind pseudonyms but, as usual, some people's reactions on here are feral.

Why not? After all you have been named after a famous British Admiral, let alone HMS Rodney of 2nd WW fame which did most of the damage to the Bismark.

My point was that just a simple "Rodney" is hardly offering yourself up is it

If this site was representational of all Cobblers fans, the home stands at Sixfields would be full of blokes swashbuckling with handbags while the game was going on.

It's not even representative of the people on it.
Exactly because people make threads just to get a reaction so they can whinge at the replies. This is the 2nd or 3rd thread that the author has written in this manner, in the name of "Balance" ? This thread and the "End of the world" thread were nothing to do with football, yet he moans when they go off topic. It has only gone where your ulterior motive intended it to go.

Are the football supporters on this football message board representative of the majority of the football fans who go to Sixfields every week to watch football. No, you're right, it's got nothing to do with football. The End of the World thread carried an underlying message. It was perhaps to well hidden for you. Glad you read it though.

The HMS Rodney (also named after said Admiral) did jack all against the Bismark, or certainly deserves no acolades. The Bismark had already had its rudder disabled and fuel tanks punctured by Swordfish torpedos by the time the pack of wolves, Rodney, George V, Ajax et-al dared to get within striking distance! I think Rodney is right about his name!

I got the point Marvo, I found it funny. In fact I read it to my Mrs and she found it funny. Can we not give the point scoring a rest though ?
