If no one here can effect anything I don't understand why you got so wound up about things and criticised those that do try and do something, you accused the trust of bandwagon jumping, called drilling and others names and said the protesters looked like tw@ts. If their actions were irrelevant as fans and fan groups are powerless then why do you get so passionate about it?

you spent weeks telling us to wait and see before judging cardoza as the takeover involving the indians might go through and we could be better off as a club.

How did that go?

I think it is now safe to judge cardoza and the time for waiting and seeing about the type of man him and his dad and their cronies are is over isn't it?

I don't really consider this place as the Trust, I do think the Trust could of done more or at least communicate more and over the period they could of affected matters. It took them a long time to react, at least publically, and their interview on the radio didn't really go great.

Why do you keep bringing Drilling up? Have I upset you two personally?

You say the time for wait and see is over, but what are you doing then? What are YOU personally doing? Other than waiting for the outcome of the court hearings and seeing what happens next? You are effecting the outcome just as much as I am, yet you think yourself better because you post quips on here about DC and other posters.

Wait and see isn't a stance to say he will be proved innocent or he's not guilty, its all we can do at the minute. Wait and see what the outcome is. Also judge Cardoza on facts not rumour and hearsay, some of those facts have come out and some haven't. But so far nothing illegal has been proven which is strange given how many people on here have accused him of such. What are those people waiting for?

Why aren't you quoting Marquis and asking him why he hasn't arrested DC himself instead of waiting for the police?

Do you think a few of them will form a taliban style shoe army? You know what these people are like, they hate democracy and would much prefer a dictatorship.

Regardless of this point, he is guilty as sin for what he has done to our club. Even if it is only his own greed has cost him, the lies regarding costing, business connections of people involved, and distorted facts and timeline over what has been/is occurring, all of these actions have sent us to the brink. And all of these actions he is guilty of.

The loan sum advanced to 1st Land Ltd via Northampton Town Football Club was approximately double the value of the original construction contract for the East Stand work." - Buckingham Group.

For a nationally recognised and respected company to make such a statement you can be sure their legal department are fairly confident. It seems they have come to the same conclusions as most here too.

Agreed I think that is an incredibly damming statement - not confined to the mutterings on a football message board but a statement made in these circumstance is very significant and I feel very soon there will be no hiding place for certain individuals.
