Mansfield had sold 788 at the start of sales today, so looking like they will sell out, though NTFC have said no sales on the gate for Mansfield fans. What does the away end hold? 850?

944 if allocated seating.

Any chance we can finish that East stand off without adding the seats back in?!?!?! I much prefer 5000 in a 5000 seater rather than 5000 in a 7500 seater!
...unless we reach the play-offs? Or draw Man Utd (h) in the FA Cup 3rd round? We could easily end up with a chronic lack of supply at some point this season, assuming we survive.

No doubt the same people think nothing of £50/75 on a night out or a few £££ on holidays but begrudge £22 to watch the Cobbs. Let alone £100/mth on cigs! The only way we can get prices down is increased attendance.
you just don't understand do you? Ntfc fans will pay a few quid more than the casual football fan would because they are fans. It's the floating fan we need to try and capture and they will not pay what we ask of them.

Could we switch the game to our new friends place at Coventry?

I don't think you understand either - the floaters will only return (gradually) if we continue our decent form (incl cup run), gain promotion and do well in L1. IMO it wont be the price of the tickets - a winning team will always entice the floaters back but it may be a gradual process. If you reduce prices by a % it wont do much to attract the floaters - past experience tells us that.

The ticket office will be selling tickets from 2pm until kick off tomorrow so hopefully a few more will make a late decision to come along and we can indeed #SellOutSixfields.

But still want to compete in a professional league? For £22 we could possibly pay competitive wages to the best players available and go fir top 7 spot. For £15 we could get those on a last meal ticket and youth players who could help us maintain our league status and achieve mid table mediocrity. For £10 per game we could have the pick of the last chance saloon merchants and the Pat Kanukas of this world and live on a prayer to survive! Sadly I'm starting to lose hope of any survival package being forth coming and we are heading for meltdown. I can see it being £10 from next August. Has wakley gage hung up his boots?

It's bloody typical. In what could well be the clubs last game I will be out of the country. I will however raise a glass at three o clock from Wexford. Give the lads a cheer from me. Here's hoping I may get to see ntfc play again. Good luck to all those going today and raise the roof!!*
*obviously not the east stand roof 😀

You do realise that the idea is that the lower the price the more people who attend. So you make up the difference in lowering the price by having more people paying. More people buying merchandise. More people buying food and drink. More people paying for car parking. More people who may become regular fans. In your view why £22 why not just have 1000 fans attend and pay £65 each.

What the club needs to do is to get out there and sell the club to the local community, the people of the town and to the county.I have yet to see a business thrive without advertising and offers to generate footfall. With the good football we have at the moment any new owners have got a great oppurtunity.
