Fargo... the original film  Smiley

I have never seen the film. The TV series was excellent though. Martin Freeman and Billy Bob Thornton were very good in it.

Must be a Mark Millar thing; I loved Kick Ass but the sequel was a thoroughly unpleasant film.

In film related TV news, I am looking forward to the Cobra Kai series (and hoping it is not awful).

Also the trailer for the new Lost In Space Netflix TV show appeared, after the horror show that was the Matt Le Blanc film I am not holding out any hope. Can't beat the original:

Welcome to the dark side. It’s a bit like when Chris discovers the party bunker in Platoon here. I watch most of my films on Virgin Australia flights between Sydney and Melbourne these days. The flights not long enough so I always have to catch the last 10 minutes on the way back. It would be long enough but they keep interrupting it for the Captains announcements, fasten your seat belt and all that b0llocks that will be no use whatsoever when you crash into a mountain. Anyway cause I do it quite often I have to scrape the barrel and watch films I wouldn’t normally pick. I recently watched All This Mayhem. It’s a docu film about 2 Australian Sjateboarding brothers. It’s not really about skateboarding though. Forget Mike Tyson and Tiger Woods etc, they’re amateurs, these lads fall from grace is beyond belief. Last time out I watched some soppy drama, The Batchelor’s, turned out to be pretty good.
